    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer support team. 14 years with Airtel, and this is the service? No proper response forced me to switch my internet provider, and now I’m porting both my SIMs too. You’ve lost 3 connections at once. Disappointing.

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews thanks for the #thanksapp which always been a one way traffic that only take us to book or buy service and never be a problem solving platform. It’s better to stop those premium ads on zero issues on the log it remains always zeros.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have already DMed details and also talked to your “Supervisor “ at customer care. He informed that the shifting of my WiFi is delayed since someone “Forgot” to raise a work order!! How irresponsible and pathetic is this ???

    @airtelindia If Black customer not satisfied with u r poor service how face issue normal customer ***** and poor service..l request all that shift airtel from reliance jio Also launch a complete to TRAI for continuous outage in a month 10 to 12 days and charge full payment

    @Airtel_Presence Customer care is unable to provide proper support or a clear timeline for fixing the issue. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially when customers are paying regularly for uninterrupted connectivity. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
