    @airtelindia Don’t you think you should be updating the firmware on the Nokia routers you provide? In the world full of security issues, firmware and software must always be updated. Or let us give an easy option to update those.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel this has been a multiple case scenario I have frequent disconnection issue with my broadband Your engineer visited 2 times and all the time he was telling me that we have updated from backend but it does not work.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Telicom companies are working 24X7 for 5G trails...but Airtel Customer service is busy in resolving problems with 1G (Remember that "G" seen in early stages). After 03 complete days no resolution from you ppl.😒 God...!!!
