  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

  @airtelindia Hi! I applied for a new prepaid SIM via the Airtel app, chose a plan, selected a prepaid number, and went to a store. They said there is no way to select a number on the app and they can only give a new number. Can you help me understand how to get the SIM now?

  Best turning into worst. this is Wat ur service is nowadays. I pay over a thousand PM and ur internet service sucks. Really. Time to stop and look for alternative. @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence You are giving robotic answers it 8th day and you guys still saying that your team is working to resolve the issue. So you Mean to say that, there is no TAT to resolve the issue and you are taking your own time. Pls share the connection cancellation process. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia we know about our mobile recharge..and we also know it is not working if we won't recharge.Then why are you irritating by repeated messages for recharge.....If you a that much free let's go and...........do usefull things for some one

  @airtelindia If you can't fulfill an order, you shouldn't take it, neither should you take advance payment for it. But you are quick in doing both. Once the payment is done, you are dead. It's been more than a week and I can't wait any more. Cancel my Order with ID A0RTF7F3VV.

  Team Airtel, what a pathetic customer support that despite sharing all details, calling multiple customer care executives, and getting the same answer, Airtel failed to address my concerns and now I am helpless since my money is also gone. Shameful @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
