  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

  @airtelindia I have nothing against you. In fact, I'm currently using two Airtel SIMs and one Airtel broadband connection. But if a customer has to tweet or send a DM on X just to get basic service, it really shows the level of negligence in your customer support.

  @drpps @BaluGorade @airtelindia Well if your an employee who is working in a VDI it doesn’t matter if it is 4g or 5g. The connection was always bad.

  don't force me switch to jio guys @airtelindia in last one month there are multiple internet outages lasting for more than a day many times in my airtel fiber connection resolution is very slow and the work is not done on timeline you say will be back in one hour, and there's no update for like 6 hours same today, no idea when it will come back

  Hello @airtelindia I'm face data services issue, not able to connect to internet, neither 5G or any of the data "G" is not working. Your service is pathetic, I'm not able to reach to customer executive for last two days.
