    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    Dear @airtelindia, paying for broadband every month just to lose internet for 2–4 days every single month is unacceptable. In our area, outages have become routine, yet there’s no accountability.Customer support gives scripted responses, but the problem never gets fixed. #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone just to face severe network issue. I have raised several complaints in previous 2 months but the network concerns are pathetic. Either home or office, the network is horrible

    @airtelindia Technician 3 days daily fooling and today cancelled. This building has over 10 airtel connection and technician says not possible. He doesn't want to work and just fool. 80022 71565 technician number. Really so so poor service can't belief it is airtel

    @airtelindia 4 days without WiFi and still no response despite 3 tweets. I pay ₹600 every month. I faced the same issue 1 years ago. Restore my connection today, or I'll take legal action. Otherwise collect your WiFi equipment. @Airtel_Presence
