@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

@airtelindia i was trying to upgrade from prepaid to postpaid through website and airtel app, and was asked to enter mobile number which i am using but it keeps saying invalid mobile number. first i thought it was a bug in airtel app and tried in website still same problem.
