    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    @airtelindia WiFi down since yesterday 3pm in Powai area. No resolution, no responses. Impossible to reach customer support when it’s walled off by AI chat bots. 3rd time in 2 weeks. Support is terrible. Is Tata or Jio any better?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence While subscribed 21 OTT plan in Airtel black ,I am feeling frustrated. When I pay for a premium subscription, i expect an ad-free experience, and having interruptions every 10 minutes defeats the purpose of that service.

    @airtelindia one the most pathetic broadband in Delhi NCR. I have taken Black plan instead of that everyday there is outage. Daily there outage for hours but there is not relief in bill why would I pay to time in which I have downtime? Who gonna compansate it.

    Now either cancel my queued recharge and refund it, or activate it immediately because that's why I paid for it. "Pay first. Don't expect service, support, or solutions." That's exactly how this experience felt. @airtelindia @TRAI #PoorService
