@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm facing issue with my broadband. OTT apps like Hotstar and Netflix doesn't work on Wi-Fi. However it starts working fine as soon as it get connected to mobile internet. Pls check as I have raise the issue multiple but no resolution till now.

@airtelindia I have paid 1500 deposited while taking DTH connection and the engg said you can surrender the connection after 6 months you will get the amount refunded. But now when I called customer care for surrender they directly refused it and not ready to pay back my amount.

@airtelindia my Airtel number got permanently disconnected before 90 Days. It gets disconnected after 90 Days, but it got disconnected 1 week in advance, why ? This will cause me to get my number updated everywhere. Unnecessary trouble for the customers. And I did not even get

@airtelindia here you have promoted limitless Wifi 5G experience .. so, we have recently added the airtel broadband to our home .. we have experienced very very poor network and no connection also .. we have contacted in person to triplicane airtel office but no luck .
