  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

  @airtelindia @SunilBhartiMittal I’m repeatedly facing severe issues with Airtel Xstream internet in Mumbai. The service drops every 10–15 days and takes 24–48 hours to restore despite complaints. This level of instability and slow support is unacceptable for a paid service.

  @airtelindia told me it isn’t possible I said ok I want to port my number to some other network then I don’t want to be connected with some other number anymore , they said it ain’t possible to do that either, I said then I’ll close my connection 👇

  @airtelindia Your WiFi service is pathetic. Constant shutdowns every few weeks lasting 24-48 hours. Calling customer support is useless—all I get are generic "we are fixing it" scripts. When will this actually be resolved? #AirtelDown #BadService

  @airtelindia Day 4. Still no internet SR 11028999611 Customer care committed resolution within 4 hours today again. This is the 3rd broken commitment in 4 days. Router is dead, engineer is not visiting, and my sister had to take office leave because of this.
