    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.

    @airtelindia Standard template response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Paying 100% of the bill for partial service isn't '5G Plus'. City coverage means nothing if subscriber locations are ignored. Expecting a bill adjustment or a concrete timeline, not auto reply. #Airtel5G #AirtelIndia

    @airtelindia I can see the 5G internet symbol but the net is not working. I still have data left but I am not able to use it. I am facing this problem for a long time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews extremely disappointed by the level of customer service offered by Airtel execs in Sector 49 Gurugram. Despite being a loyal Airtel Black customer, unable to get my wifi fixed after 3 days of constant waiting and follow ups. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times but you guys are only interested to connect to a human for sales, not for support. International roaming plan activated on a number and it’s not working. It’s been 3 months.

    Absolutely unacceptable service. Promised resolution within 4 hours, yet no technician has even visited and my internet remains down. Now the complaint has been shamelessly marked “closed” without fixing anything. This is not customer service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment
