    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel now admits my complaint was closed without resolution. This has happened twice. If the network issue still exists and upgrades are still pending, why are complaints being marked as resolved? Fix the network, not the complaint status.

    Hello @airtelindia did I make a mistake by installing your internet? You charge the full amount, but the internet only works for ten days a month. Your service is the worst. You don't have a customer care number, where you can talk. Wireless service is zero in my Gurgaon.

    @airtelindia official announcement:- Due to very slow internet speed, and no service technician visited even after many complaints, I am not going to pay the dues bill and also I am moving to another company. Thank you 🙏🏻

    I did not expect such poor service from a reputed brand like Airtel. As an Airtel Black customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and the delay in resolving this issue. Kindly look into this matter urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    WORST! Even after being @airtelindia premium postpaid user,no 5G signal comes in indoors(in town area),only outdoor have 5G,complained about 17times but complaint closed without any resolution.After paying for premium 5G priority postpaid,getting 4g signals only @jaagograhakjago

    @airtelindia extremely disappointed with your service. On 25 April 26, by mistake i got recharge twice, I tried return the second amount but got details from the Airtel stores will it active 1 by 1 so you don’t require any action, now my plan exited 1 month dispute two plans.
