    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    @airtelindia airtel service is pathetic in pune pcmc area. I raised request to shift the connection in another flat in same building. It is like 6 days now and multiple calls but still it is not happening. I am shifting to tata sky now. Very pathetic customer service.

    @airtelindia With the fantabolus speed of 4MB UL and 0.5MB DL on 4G connection , despite being gold customer and paying 4 times ARPU of Airtel , i must say that a No data issue will be very quickly resolved in 15 days ….what a magnificent horrific customer experience 😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is the 2nd instance where the complaint has been closed without any update to me .the complaints are closed without any information in the ticket . Is it a standard practise with airtel .the same complaint is not rectified

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a fraudulent way to take money. You forced us to open wallet. Now you auto debit money from wallet without any information or approvals. When I called the customer care, they can't close the account coz of server issue. #fraudairtel

    I didn't get signal I tried calling @reliancejio cstmr care consecutively for 5 times I opted for Tamil but they were speaking Hindi I asked to transfer d call but they aborted the call after putting it on hold all the time really frustrating Im planing to switch to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How much time he has to complain? Reply as soon as possible and resolve the issue. Bank has already said that the money has been paid to the merchant successfully.
