    @jio_fiber Very pathetic service, and poor application. Customer care is not reachable. Internet is down. Please look on this else I will be moving to @airtelindia . Airtel has much better customer care service.

    It’s been over 2 months and my Airtel Air Fiber installation is still not completed. Despite multiple requests and continuous follow-ups, there has been no proper response or action taken. This level of service is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Only 2GB/day is being consumed. Unlimited 5G is not working at all, even on 5G network. This is misleading. Kindly resolve ASAP. #Airtel #5G #CustomerComplaint

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing severe network issues in my area (Piliyakhal, Bada Ganpati, Indore). Neither 4G nor 5G works—calls drop and internet is unusable. Already raised complaints but no resolution. If not fixed ASAP, I will port my number. Please resolve this .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been 7 days since my wifi has stopped working and even after multiple tries on ivr twitter app no support has come for me I have my 3 months of recharge pending My simple question who is going to pay that money or for my inconvenience

    Writing @AirtelIndia You really need to improve your service & customer support. An IPTV installation request was raised on 28th Feb with a promised timeline of 48 hours. It’s been over 10 days now no installation, no visit despite multiple complaints.Paymt was already made on 28

    @airtelindia i have recharged the prepaid number 9481525502 about an hour ago but the services have still not resumed. There is no way to contact customer care. please look into this immediately.
