All my bank accounts are linked to this number and I can’t do anything without it. Worst customer service from Airtel. No wonder why you are losing customers to Jio.

    @airtelindia Honestly I recommend to everyone Don't with airtel.I request broadband connection services to my home and I got the message for installation but after 7 days passed but I am not getting single call from airtel and may be they are give best speed internet but service is very poor.

    @airtelindia I am broadband user. However, there is no way to complain. My broadband speed is extremely slow which is hampering my productivity. Your app is not giving option to contact customer care just throwing some pre reads which are not useful in my case. Please help me.

    @airtelindia has the most pathetic broadband service in Mumbai. Every week there is an outage and the engineers absolutely clueless and useless. Being a Airtel Black customer also does not help because the relationship manager is even more useless.
