They are very prompt to send a sms regarding the network down during work hours and after 2 hours of network up again.. why don't they fix the problem permanently or change their software .. they are charging huge money or is it @narendramodi hai to mumkin hai

    What’s the point of customer care if customers are left helpless without any resolution? Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. Airtel seriously needs to fix its support system and start valuing customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn
