    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this company is so useless I have been trying to get a new broadband+ DTH but the executives don't wanna bother themselves if you don't wanna sell your connection then keep it we have another service provider.

    @Airtel_Presence Yeah I also received that message. You did nothing and closed it without doing anything. This is what @airtelindia does simply closes the complaint after 2-3 and the customer is troubled by chasing that he just simply accepts it. No problem is solved.

    I had put a request for airtel fiber 4 days ago and paid it too but after 2 days sent executive to my house for check the connection and the connection is not established Till and I'm calling customer care so my call is on hold since half an hour @airtelindia @airtelbank @TRAI
