@airtelindia My colleague is trying to chase your staff since 8th September, no acknowledgement, staff faking the excuses, more than 50 calls, but no action at all, customer care only ask for time. At least ask your staff to have some decency to acknowledge and try to solve the issue.

@airtelindia i have applied for a New SIM in the place of old sim with same (old) number since 6 days ago at Patna Airtel office near to Hotel Maurya but still the network is not coming and no one is responding even that employee who proceed the all procedure 😔

@airtelindia Or else at least acknowledge that your team at Gurgaon location is incapable of customer handling and only there to share excuses, first they said it's a wide cut, then they said there was a port change, then they said it will be fixed in 2 hours, now they are saying device issue

@airtelindia Just in case you want to do something about the issue here are the complaint number 10077842323, 10075520326, 10068908421 there are many more in case you care, kindly assign someone to have a look into it as your staff is not bothered about looking into all these.
