Moved from @VodaIdea_NEWS to @airtelindia expecting better network and services, now not able to make even simple calls as well. They charge for whole month rentals but not able to give basic services properly. Fade up. Pathetic!

@airtelindia @airtelbengalore My landline and broadband dead since 2 weeks. Made several calls. Still issue is not resolved. Everyday your customer care says it would be resolved in 24 hrs. Dont know when that would come.

@BonesofKipling @airtelindia Few key takeaways from me: - I was told by local ground staff of @airtelindia to raise "New connection request" instead of "Shifting request". You'll get call under 30mins. Existing customers aren't that valued as of New customer - I finally got JioFiber and discontinued Airtel
