    @airtelindia Got reffered by someone for a Airtel wifi connection and during registration it was not showing up initial 10 months 100INR discount on selected plan. Called support but the person just dropped without listening the problem. Can someone assist from Airtel?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel DTH has been down since yesterday. 4 complaints falsely closed “Customer not contactable” without a call. customer care no solution. Refused to assign another engineer, asked to wait till tomorrow. Is this Airtel’s customer service? #Airtel

    @airtelindia wifi has been disrupted for my entire apartment since 29 July. Resolution date was 30 July, then 01 Aug, 2nd & now 5th Aug. 7 days no internet. Same thing happened in June too. @TheSunilMittal Absolutely disgusted by @Airtel_Presence service. This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Order ID Z0WTKK8YVS. Your engineers keep rescheduling my WiFi installation and do not lift the calls when phoned. I have been using airtel for more than 5 years. First range issues with your network and now this. Why should I continue with airtel?

    @Airtel_Presence Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your area manager called me today, was extremely rude, and kept talking over me. He blamed our housing society for the issue, but when I asked for photo proof, he ghosted. Is this your standard of customer service? Please step in and fix this.

    Network in Khushpuri, Badarpur and Umra villages (Nuh, Haryana) is extremely poor. Calls are not connecting and internet is not working. Around 11,000–15,000 people are affected. Please resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
