    Never did I think I'll be writing a ****** review or complaint on Twitter, but looks like @airtelindia quality has gone so low that they have not been able to resolve a simple wifi connectivity issue at my home from 3 July until now. @Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    Disappointed with @airtelindia broadband. Constant outages (mins to hours) & absolutely NO human customer support. The AI bot just books a ticket with resolution date after 10-15 days, and repeat same ticket no on further calls. Service is getting worse day by day!

    Airtel is consistently disappointing, The network in my village in MP has been very poor for months, making it impossible to get any work done. There are prolonged outages lasting hours, yet recharge prices keep going up. Customer grievances are not being addressed. Shame on @airtelindia
