@airtelindia The network I have is terrible. I've complained a lot, but the problem hasn't been fixed yet. Do you actually address the complaints about network problems? There is absolutely no use for Airtel Customer Care number 121. If you are not able to fix the problems.

The most pathetic customer service is @airtelindia , and they call themselves Airtel Cares @Airtel_Presence . Six months gone and the same issue every month. No recourse, so finally sent to appellate and Ombudsperson.
