Very disappointed with @airtelindia Mujhe ek saal ho gya airtel broadband connection mangry butt city mai service hone k baad bhi and just 200-300 meter dur se cable attached krne mai bhi airtel walo ko ek saal se bhi uper ho gya hai veerry poor service👏🏻ye hai apka fast network

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel fibre broadband service is down ( pin code 500049) since 20th May morning and app is continuously moving tentative resolution time. Airtel Xtreme fiber app is not working to create a service ticket. Please resolve the broadband issue asap.

@airtelindia Complaints raised several times for the past one and half year, no response from you company. Only messages received that you complaints are closed and coverage improved. But no improvement seen. Couldn't talk to customer care. Only ivrs response. Very Very poor customer service

@airtelindia 9831043850 had accepted IR istucked with no network at France, SwitzerlAustria. Hugely disappointed.tried sim in another phone,auto network. On contrary vodaphone network is very good for IR.cld not contact helpline. Stucked... please help airtel.
