    Worst customer experience with @airtelindia. I specifically asked your postpaid team(Airtel Black) last month if my plan had an FUP limit, and they confidently said NO. Now I'm stuck at 2G speeds (80 KBPS). Train your staff to give accurate info! Fix this ASAP. @Airtel_Presence

    From last one months we are trying to GetOne IP TV connection from airtel. It is not happening, people use to blame government sector the private are the worst in the name of services.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia we went to local Airtel office, they took all bank details & said will get refund in 2-3 days. It’s been 15 days since & even they haven’t been co operative now. No customer care number to call for this You are cheating customers

    @Airtel_Presence WiFi relocation on 22 Jul. Days of follow-ups, a supervisor assured resolution today, only to be told fibre not available at my new address. Yet your agents are asking me to buy a new connection for the same flat/society instead of relocating y? @airtelindia
