@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint registered on 8th november.Technician purposely delaying solving this issue and has the audacity to say he'll come whenever he feels like.Finally after complaining so many times came today changed the ruoter and didn't even wait to check if its working

@airtelindia very bad service. Trying to change Xstream Fiber plan but they only give option to upgrade plan on app & IVR. No option to speak to customer service on 198. As it’s postpaid we are stuck. Feel it’s Better to switch to @reliancejio and recharge as per convenience

with less than a week time left and yet @airtelindia has not added Sports 18 HD channel in their Airtel platform This is uterly BULLISHIT they even don’t bother to tell you whether it will be available or not before world cup Guess its time to say **** off airtel and move on
