    Worst network of ( Supaul , bihar).Last 18 hour no internet connection. Only 2g network available for calling..All user of @airtelindia plzz Port ur number immediately.Two month ago i complain about this issue but today's level is extreme. @Airtel_Presence

    Sir, I am a resident of Pathra Dakshin village of Supaul district of Bihar, there is no Airtel network in my village, which causes a lot of trouble for us, you are requested to get the tower of Airtel in my village....thank you #GopalVittal @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia ​"I lodged a complaint regarding poor internet connectivity and frequent call drops, but I received a very poor response. You have set up a chatbot, but it fails to understand the issue properly, and there is no direct customer care number available.

    @airtelindia stop automated calls asking for bill payment. We are not going to pay, since we didn't get the channels we subscribed for since installation in December. CC didn't take any action. If you can't provide the service don't ask for the payment.

    @airtelindia I have ordered Airtel UPS from Airtel app 10 days ago but there is no update even no tracking available in app Even your call center team it self not answering as expected We required resolution otherwise I will take legal action on it.
