@JioCare after 5G launch, frequently calls are getting disconnected with msg servers not reachable. A few times the network is going to an unreachable state. Pincode 500055. If it's continuous the same way i will port to @airtelindia

Hey @airtelindia We were using the Airtel broadband in West Tambaram Area (TN). Due to last week cyclone the connection has lost from Friday. We booked a complaint on 11th Dec, so far it hasn't rectified, the officials told the same story that will be rectified within 24 hrs for
