    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but it was not deactivated and dues got increased. I get 10 to 15 calls per day from your customer service and as soon as I tell them that "I've already informed for deactivation, why you don't raise a ticket or something", they disconnect the call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, I'm bringing to your notice that I used to stay in Hyderabad and was using your broadband service. However I left Hyderabad permanently in the month of November clearing all the dues. Also called customer service for deactivation.

    @airtelindia Now despite writing to 121 email along with call recording - I don't see any fix from you and yet you call me many times to pay the bill. Please fix ASAP else I will move to competition. #poor service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe you have left the 4g speed behind with 2020. Suddenly, my 4g network has started troubling for a week now. Struggling to send a text on WhatsApp, what else can I do with this internet then. Shall I move to another network?

    @airtelindia Airtel DTH facility in Chennai has totally collapsed... Error 001 being screened all the time with Automated voice since afternoon... Can anybody tell us what's going on and when the service will be resolved...?

    @airtelindia classic case - i have requested to port sim (8197444433-ABHISHEK SHARMA) from pre paid to post paid but last 2 days coverage gone and sim neither working in prepaid nor in postpaid.what should i do ??? ANY POSSIBILITY IF YOU CAN HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS
