@airtelindia At least please start solving our issues.. Just try it for once to how it feels. Maybe it will beneficial to you rather than advertising false promises. Been stick with multiple issues for more than a month now. FED UP! IGNORE AND AVOID PEOPLE!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the most frustrating experience to convert a sim to ESim - and you don’t provide solutions at physical customer care centers then why waste your money on having them. Followed instructions from website and your rep advise but in vain .please help

@airtelindia Hi team, My mobile number is deactivated. I called customer support they told we are not able to activate that number once is deactivated we do nothing. We need that number for emergency purpose. Someone created fake id on Instagram.
