    Experiencing wrost network in our Area from last 2 years @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Calls not getting connected and when connected call drop problem is experienced.Thinking to port out my 5 years old Airtel connection to @jio Presence if problem is not solved ASAP

    @airtelindia From last 5 years I am proud to be airtel retailer with lapu no 9906803081 problem with the distribution line that run out of recharge with 2 times every week. They are asking for advance payment from retailer to make there primary. Distribution should financially sound .

    Help! Cheeradari is a village 2km away from dc office Baramulla jammu&kashmir. We are facing a call drop. Using the internet is a big issue. We are not able to use the internet, not even 2g.. 4g is a dream for us.We are facing a lot of problems help @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Paid money on 1 july for wifi and I was assured that you will get connection within week, Now the installation team is telling me that we need to check the feasibility if there is not then we will issue refund. Why i was Misinformed before. ID 019514014349

    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare jio tower that is just 20 meter away from my work place has network issue but airtel tower that is 300 meters away from my work place is having awesome network. Need to switch to airtel 6006300398 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Worst service is @airtel black plan..The customer is made mad by airtel.60 seconds is said to call customer care but it takes up to 5 minutes..Customer care also not responding properly

    I wonder why @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is taking us back to 2g instead of 5g. If you can't deliver best you shouldn't beat drums on advertisements for providing best service. I am even unable to browse your official @airtelindia app. Disgusting.

    @airtelindia i have recharged one airtel number through airtel thanks app. After 5 days of recharge outgoing calls and data services are disabled suddenly. I have contacted with airtel customer care so many times but I got no results.They are saying wait wait we are resolving .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence atrocious service and frequent disruptions are keeping services unavailable for more that 4/5 days a month. Now for more than 24 hrs network outrage has not been corrected. Why should we not be refunded the days of service lost?

    @airtelindia Suggestion : Will it not make sense to keep airtel thanks app running even after data is exhausted so that a customer can recharge ? Today my data got exhausted but as it stopped data in airtel thanks as well I was not able to recharge.

    @airtelindia I have been using airtel family plan since 2021 and one of my child number which my mother is using is having no internet connection for past one month and the issue is still not resolved if it’s not resolved in next 48hrs you are losing a customer with 4 numbers !
