@airtelindia no end of my problem. Conn not installed. Air Fiber and Fiber conn shifting both are pending. My daughter’s preparations for competitive exams are badly affected. Your field staff are jot responding. Btw how many days u take for conn provision??

I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3rd outage in 10 days. 5 outages in 2 months. Each one 10+ hours. We're near Kondapur, Hyderabad, not a remote village. Are you even maintaining your infrastructure or just collecting bills? This is not a service, it's a scam. Fix your lines. NOW.

@airtelindia Hello, Airtel services are getting so bad that I am not able to get replacement of my SIM for last 30 days. I gave all papers to Airtel office Jodhpur chopasni road to Ms Kaushlaya. They have such a bureaucratic behavior that first they forgot to send papers

@airtelindia i have shifted from Jio Fiber to airtel around 4 months back but this is the worst experience of my life for wifi services most of the time its not working or disconnecting every 10 minutes Your app doesn't work on mobile data it only works with airtel wifi
