    @airtelindia @AirtelFiber On 26th evening I raised the complain and call customer care, they said someone will visit on 28th around 08:00 am but no one visited. I called around 11 am, they said today maximum by 03:00 pm issue will get resolve but no one has visited yet.

    I haven't got my airtel fiber refund yet the employee said that my connection will be installed within 24hrs but it's been more than a month he hasn't . I even cancelled my connection but haven't got a refund yet .very disappointed with your service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Facing Internet issue from past three days @airtelindia @AirtelFiber. I raised complain on 25th night. Till 26th evening no one visited to fix the issue and closed the ticket from backend.

    @airtelindia I am facing too slow internet at my current location in Jodhpur. Forgot 4g, It's not even 3g speed. I have much better performance expectations from airtel. Pls resolve.

    Since this lockdown I have started hating @airtelindia services. No network at all. Not even for a minute. And that too in a good developed city. I am using this since almost a decade but this time I regret my decision.
