    @airtelindia I have never seen such a bad experience with any company. Internet was shut down 3 times in a week for 10 hours. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia What makes this worse: my complaint was closed without my consent, I received repeated calls threatening disconnection over the disputed amount, and Airtel eventually disconnected ALL my services. My mother was alone at home and had to contact us through a neighbour
