  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor service. My Airtel Black WiFi has not been working for 2 days. Promised resolution at 2:30 AM and then 2:30 PM, but still not fixed. This is unacceptable. Arrange engineer visit immediately or I will escalate further.

  @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia It’s just not Airtel all networks are the same. The main problem is when Jio started sharing the network with other providers instead of their own in most of the regions.

  Got the SIM replaced for ₹100 and issue resolved. If it was this simple, why the long delay and unnecessary inconvenience, especially in this heat? Really disappointed as I expected a better resolution time and service @airtelindia

  @airtelindia 3 din se WiFi band hai aur aapki taraf se ZERO response. Recharge time pe full speed, service time pe full silence — kya baat hai Work disturb, daily routine mess… aur customer support ghost mode mein. Fix this ASAP warna escalate karna padega enough is enough..

  @airtelindia I m Airtel black customer, dth not working since 6 days, ur enginr turned up one day could not solve the issue after that no response cmplaint closed automatically without resolun. When callng customer care , they repeatedly say technical problem Pathetic service
