@karnnan @airtelindia Lost hope. Gave a cancellation request for the connection. Interestingly, even that takes more than a month to complete. Airtel’s customer care is very pathetic. I have had multiple experiences. Can’t tolerate their ****** behaviour once again.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called your customer care today for broadband issue and he (Ankur) simply asked to go for disconnection if I want. That was weird and on top of this, the broadband is not working again today - second time this month.
