  @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India I have registered grievance and ref no is (DOTEL/E/2021/01275) against on service provider which my issue hasn’t been addressed for a longer time . TRAI and dot please intervene in this and take the severe action on service provider (Airtel).

  @airtelindia @Paytm Sharing my experience for fastag closure. Paytm great support closure process took 2 minutes 👍👍👍. airtel so frustrating, only promotes their products,long boring menu no space for customer grievances 👎👎👎. Think twice before u go for airtel fastag.

  @airtelindia Dear Airtel, do you only handle customer care with IVR?? I am trying to reach out for status of my fast tag but there is no option for it in IVR. And there is no option to directly talk to customer care representative. Very annoying and frustrating
