    You should take steps to ensure that the consumers enjoy flawless internet service. Please note that even though I have a right to claim refunds from you for all the time the internet connection was bad or slow, I have not done SO. 3/3 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s pathetic customer support from your end being raising my complaint on the matter not been resolved by your team at all. Dailpad n other apps aren’t working properly, tired of raising my complaint. Kindly look into this on the earliest basis.

    Help! Cheeradari is a village 2km away from dc office Baramulla jammu&kashmir. We are facing a call drop. Using the internet is a big issue. We are not able to use the internet, not even 2g.. 4g is a dream for us.We are facing a lot of problems help @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Paid money on 1 july for wifi and I was assured that you will get connection within week, Now the installation team is telling me that we need to check the feasibility if there is not then we will issue refund. Why i was Misinformed before. ID 019514014349

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi 01145275057 Service is worst than ever. We are restating 10-15 times per day just to make it run but it is in 2g only. Enough is enough now. Either send your engineer to fix or take your broadband we are changing it now.

    Dear @airtelindia One of your ex-employee falsely claimed to be an active Airtel staff member and took ₹11,300 from me for an Airtel AirFiber recharge, but never completed the recharge. I later learned a few other customers were also affected.
