    I wonder why @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is taking us back to 2g instead of 5g. If you can't deliver best you shouldn't beat drums on advertisements for providing best service. I am even unable to browse your official @airtelindia app. Disgusting.

    From last 1 month Airtel Xtreme fibee isn't working in our area . I don't understand why they are claiming ofbeat network in India when they fail to deliver the proper services .Now I am tired, I am switching from Airtel now . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelXtream

    @SandeepParekh @airtelindia FYI... very hard it can be. Based on true experiences across service providers. Some internal id liking needs to happen, not just mobile number to new SIM... that comes down to internal system data base update and refresh rate. Worst case it can go to 15 days.

    I use @airtelindia wifi at home. There was issue with wifi at home today is 18th may 26. Airtel customer care AI based said they will send some after days days on 20th may 26 look into it What a great service. #airtelblack

    Hello @airtelindia , I took a connection of airtel fiber around 2 months ago. 2 days ago it stopped working and only showing red light. We raised a complaint on airtel thanks app, booked a slot for customer service 2 days ago bt getting no satisfactory result.
