Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.

I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location.
