    Contacted @VodafoneIN customer care thrice today for a confusion about data packs. They were so confused and didn't had the answer. Wish @VodafoneIN plans were as simple as @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my broadband connection (Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir) has been down for a week and despite repeated calls, complaints and emails, nobody has come to fix the problem. This is extremely unprofessional

    @JioCare jio tower that is just 20 meter away from my work place has network issue but airtel tower that is 300 meters away from my work place is having awesome network. Need to switch to airtel 6006300398 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Specifically @reliancejio @JioCare since everyone is pushing work from home solution but our only sin is that we'r using @reliancejio network instead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the nearby Jio cell cite mostly 4 days a week remains almost down 4 whatever reason & we suffer

    @airtelindia Worst service is @airtel black plan..The customer is made mad by airtel.60 seconds is said to call customer care but it takes up to 5 minutes..Customer care also not responding properly

    WTF @airtelindia 121 is not even able to recognise the number if it's from @Airtel_Presence. If you want to avoid misuse then you have to ease the process

    @reliancejio @realmemobiles We are facing network issues from last 1 month kindly resolve it.Everyone here is using jio but due to this issue coming again and again most of the jio customers switched to @airtelindia kindly resolve the issue otherwise we too have to switch to airtel then.. @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank @airtelindia every time i try to recharge from airtel app and after payment is made successful i am unable to return to app and shows this error. #jio app is good in user friendly kindly have look to competitor. I am facing issue on daily basis

    Thats why wrong doings happen, person who wants to deactivate the service is not able to do. The contact number entered here @airtelindia is not even able to recognise. Do you even want clean exit and entry?

    Worst service by airtel, anything wrong happens then @airtelindia will responsible for the same as they didn't allow easily deactivate the sim after our all trys.

    From last 1 month Airtel Xtreme fiber isn't working in our area . I don't understand why they are claiming of best network in India when they fail to deliver the proper services .Now I am tired, I am switching from Airtel now . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelXtream

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.     No help yet! Agent who came to port SIM and promised so many things isn't responding and not fulfilling even basic things like merging Wi-Fi and Postpaid accounts. The guy had previously lied about the charges. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence

If your fiber network can't provide stable service,why not move customers like me to AirFiber?Or is it even less reliable?
