    @airtelindia Paid money on 1 july for wifi and I was assured that you will get connection within week, Now the installation team is telling me that we need to check the feasibility if there is not then we will issue refund. Why i was Misinformed before. ID 019514014349

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m a long-term Jio user who recently tried Airtel. Unfortunately, my experience has been poor. I’m unable to get an eSIM on my iPhone and the SIM card isn’t working for this purpose. I’ve tried three times but haven’t been able to get it to work.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's now been almost 7 days and Ticket ID: 11032264862 is still unresolved. I have called customer care multiple times, and every time I get the same response: "We are escalating the case" or "Please wait for an update." No engineer visit.

    @airtelindia is not helpful for preventing promotional call starting with +91140xxxx series, anyone can suggest how to prevent such nuisance created by this good for nothing service provider...
