@Azimm2730Azim @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Do you have any Airtel email ID where I can file a complaint? They do not reply on Twitter and the customer care call gets disconnected after I enter all the required details.

@airtelindia cc @TRAI , @DoT_India your IVR option has become painful and bullshit no option to contact for cyber fraud. Facing issue for OTP spamming and bombing from a day no easy option to contact customer support to register complaint for same.

@airtelindia ; your service executive gave an estimate of 15 minutes for a new connection, and haven’t setup the connection in 24 hours. i have got dozens of phone numbers of people to call, and no one is responding.

Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Please dont dupe your existing customers when we request for disconnection. To my surprise this happened yesterday when I called twice customer care to disconnect wifi but in actual they have not raised it even after double confirmation.

Dear @airtelindia, Why are customers being deprived of incoming calls, OTPs, and essential SMS services immediately after their recharge pack expires? Mobile numbers today are linked to bank accounts, UPI, Aadhaar, government services, jobs, and emergency communications.
