    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - tried to reach customer care at 121. I was not allowed to connect customer care rather given a complaint no which is expected to resolve after 8 days. In case of emergency I need to wait for atleast 8 days. It shows not worried of customer problem

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev No point to have an inspirational content on your page until you serve your customer manner, i was following for disconnection and deactivation for two add-on numbers till not happening 3month such poor customer service and again Airtel advertisement is fake mostly

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today when we were at your store we were forced to pay for 4 months of postpaid service for us to get our new sim back. Hands down to your customer care personnel for getting a revenue of 1700 by force.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been facing broadband issue for last 2 weeks (inconsistently) and your CST avoiding the request saying, they have fixed the issue from their end. I said send someone and change the modem as it seems modem issue but was asked to come back again
