@airtelindia I recently switched to airtel. In indoor I m facing network issue in my home. Network signal is around 120 dbm. will u be able to help me in this. Already raised request for the same. Not sure the progress.

Hello @airtelindia @VittalGopal @Sunilmittal, A new height of harassing customer, I recharged with 99rs smart recharge, in my pack it show, I can send SMS. I am getting I don't have SMS pack, When I spoke to center(ID:20211229074106), She informed to recharge with unlimited pack.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested change of name on airtel landline bill and submitted all documents on 26/11/21 via mail called up at 121 twice yet no action is taken. I get the bill with the previous name again this month! Never faced this carelessness with you why now?
