    Telecom services in Nagaland is not providing quality service to our people and the state. If such is the case ,state cabinet may take a decision soon in the matter. Therefore appropriate measures may be taken by the service providers at d earliest. @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very bad internet. Complaint many times . The same guy came each time and said that the some problem will always be there.. 100% perfect internet can not work since no. Of connection increased. @TRAI

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yours ads are great. You want to see zero complaints. So, you need to deploy skilled people in customer service and an upgraded system. Payment made within due date. Evidence sent. Still your people can't see that in records. Please help them.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised a complaint 2 days ago about "No service" for my sim from the last 20 days and you have been giving me solutions like do recharge and all which I already do and I have clearly stated the issues, your response time is so slow. Fix this pls

    Have spoken with your support team in transferring my broadband connection and they suggested “move to Jio”. Funny thing, I have an active connection at home while your team says, we don’t cover your area. Great going @airtelindia Really happy to switch to @reliancejio
