    @airtelindia I recently switched to airtel. In indoor I m facing network issue in my home. Network signal is around 120 dbm. will u be able to help me in this. Already raised request for the same. Not sure the progress.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how do i apply for airtel airfiber installation, the app does not have a distinct airfiber option and selecting my location shows i don't have Fiber while i do have 5g network on my phone please resolve this issue.

    I recharged my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection yesterday, and the payment has already been successfully deducted. I have also contacted customer care 2–3 times regarding the issue, but my connection is still not restored. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I think your IPTV service is kind of scam. One of your customer care executive told me to opt out DTH and go for IPTV. Well, since last 5 days, I got DTH deactivated and none of your team knows how to provision IPTV.

    @airtelindia It's been over 24 hours since I reported a Wi-Fi connectivity issue. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, there has been no resolution or response. Requesting immediate attention and a prompt resolution. #PoorService #CustomerSupport

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of coordination is this? Yesterday morning, I called customer care to inquire about IPTV. During the call, the representative explained the benefits and proceeded to combine our postpaid numbers and Wi-Fi services.

    What a fraud company airtel is, there is no way to tell your problem to the customer care, they are not replying to my dm @airtelindia
