  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regularly use International Roaming on my 20-yr-old postpaid connection. From the past 2 months - No Outgoing Calls work when I'm abroad. Data + Incoming Calls work all fine. Tried customer care multiple times - No Resolution.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as per offer while clubbing two service, Rs. 100 off is to be provided on bills. However there is no discount on bills generated. This is misleading advertisement. Kindly issue bills with Rs. 100 discount.@TRAI

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely lost my mind trying to connect with an actual customer service agent. The helpline numbers 121 & 198 are absolutely useless unless to connect to the sales team. Every call leads me to an AI bot and an IVR call, with no actual resolution.
