@airtelindia I recently switched to airtel. In indoor I m facing network issue in my home. Network signal is around 120 dbm. will u be able to help me in this. Already raised request for the same. Not sure the progress.

@airtelindia Hello I’ve a broadband plan I’ve done recharge on 30th Dec and is valid till 28th Jan But my wifi is disconnected and app shows “no valid plans” I cannot reach out to customer care on call to resolve my issue. I need immediate resolution for the issue.

@airtelindia i have recharged for my for 6th months fibre plan and now it got suspended because of wrong information provided to me during the shifting request. Now I’m in loss of 2300. There is not any support or refund. Kindly look into it

Dear @airtelindia can someone please explain whats happening with your sim cards? I got replacement just 20 days before and its not working again? @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews and for new sim there is only option for sim lost why you don’t want to accept your poor quality sims ?
