    @airtelindia for 1 week signal 1 bar and 4G. Ticket raised and it says it will be looked into by 20th July. Just can’t believe the level of service inefficiency. Call drops the moment it’s picked up.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence, my Xstream Fiber is on ₹499/40Mbps Unlimited plan but actual speed is ~10 KB/s - barely usable. In-app diagnosis, optimise & complaint options all loop to the same bot reply with no fix. Please escalate to a technician urgently. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The Airtel network at Ordnance Factory, Dehu Road, Pune is extremely poor. Calls frequently disconnect, and mobile data hardly works. very difficult to contact someone because of the poor network coverage. Kindly improve on priority 🚨#NetworkIssue

    @airtelindia airtelindia I'm on a 5G network, but I'm receiving 50% or 90% data usage alerts much earlier than expected. Please investigate the accuracy of my data consumption records and resolve any discrepancy immediately. I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Surprised that porting for a prepaid connection is not offered by you. Was told the software application for prepaid onboarding was down past 3 week. And only post paid requests are accepted. This at Airtel showroom. Can you clarify?

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I bought power UPs from Airtel app Now its not working and there is no way i can complaint. Upon reaching out to 198 number they are creating some service req ID that they are self resolving without my confirmation or visiting no trace on app
