    @airtelindia extremly bad experience with my new black connection. Request raised on 16th feb still fibre connection not done and suddenly my order request canceled automatically.. Only dth was provided which i did not need.. That also stopped working.. Your field rep has zero

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have done recharge of ₹479 from Airtel Payments Bank but recharge got failed and money has still not been refunded to me It’s more than 10 days now This is pathetic service
