  @airtelindia @Airtel5GIndia @Airtel_Presence I am so frustrated with the 5G service provided by airtel. Even after repeated complain they are not able to provide solution. Their customer service executive are not even know what is solution to customer's problem.

  Pls suggest service providers other than @airtelindia to port and change to that doesn't restrict internet usage. Travelling and needed to use my laptop and can't use the hotspot.

  Worst service provider in the entire world award goes to @airtelindia i am using there Broad band and Postpaid service from past 9 years and it the most unreliable and pathetic experience of my life since 1 year its so bad that to post this tweet it took me 20 minutes.

  @airtelindia pls send someone and get ur wifi removed. If ur extraordinary team can’t fix a wifi in 3 DAYS, I don’t think ur services are worth it. Its a sector wide issue, everyone is fedup of your services! The text msg update hs also stopped now!!

  @jain_harshit @airtelindia should provide voice only plan instead of looting same amount from everyone irrespective of their need. They initially tried to ban WhatsApp calls as well. Supporting bad business practice will create a situation 15 years ago 10MB 10 Rs 1GB 249 rs plans again and you can’t do anything some other pig will support that also

  @airtelindia generally I use hotspot from Airtel sim when my Airtel broadband is down. Going forward, will you deduct the bill for the days the network went down? 🫩
