Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

Another pain in the neck customer care horrible svc from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. They just dont get us connected to customer care while they give 20 dif. options but no human touch w/emotions or feeling where something can be queried. Just expd same w/@HDFCBank_Cares too.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very bad experience of your network in Kanpur city as well. Switch to your network and hope to experience some good internet network but very disappointed. Please improve your in house network. Everytime we can’t go to roof to experience good network
