  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

  Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

  @airtelindia has the worst customer support. They don't have any solution to sim swap/replacement rejection. They want their customer to visit from one circle to another to replace the sim card. How pathetic!! Even after repeated calls/escalation nobody is bothered to resolve.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your services are the worst I've ever seen! I've been trying to contact their customer support but unable to do so. There is no way to reach their executives. No agents are working properly. Once the payment is done, they don't respond.
