@JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

@airtelindia please look at this process & fix asap. 1) Plan validity gets over 2) Incoming SMS & Calls get blocked 3) User tries to recharge through credit card 4) User unable to receive OTP as incoming SMS is blocked 5) User unable to recharge (yes, upi doesn't require otp)

@alokgoyal1971 @airtelindia 4 days is unthinkable. That also to a premium customer like you. However Sir, I have a few observations here: 1. I’m in Delhi, and generally the response time to me has been 4 hours or less generally. So, seems service in Gurgaon is bad. 1/n

@airtelindia @airtelnews my broadband connection not working for more than 24 hrs and complaint raised, but not no solution till now. Following up since yesterday, every time we get revert that we will solve asap . Is this type of customer service Airtel provides?

It's unfortunate that India's 2 leading telecom companies @airtelindia and @reliancejio still couldn't not provide their broadband service all over one of the main city in India, Bangalore. It's frustrating to always see "we will start servicing in your area soon"

@airtelindia #airtelscam Endless trouble with black Airtel. Some how last month issue closed, again this month charged extra in bill, according to call center System glitch , please pay the amount . Raised complaint on 1.3.23 vide complaint no 4532723595, no solution till date.
