Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

.@airtelindia pathetic customer service. My sim corrupted on its own. Have requested for an alternate sim delivery. Been over a week - haven't got any proper response so far, complained over IVR & Twitter DM - no SR, no one called. Don't even know if you can resolve it or not.
