    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    @airtelindia customer care response has become frustratingly bad. That's what a lack of options does: it leaves us to make do with what is less bad available. Despite dues being cleared, service hasn't been resumed. I've been trying to connect for over 96 hours. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia hey! I'm a fiber consumer and in my plan a free subscription of Airtel xstream is added, but for some I can't seem to cancel that subscription and I'm getting notifications that I'll be charged extra for this. Let me just cancel the subscription

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have my router faulty since 5 days and I haven’t received any resolution yet. I have called atleast 20 times to the customer care still no help. They are always telling to wait for 4 hrs and it would be done but no resolution.

    @Master_Wayne007 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have moved to another provider yesterday itself because of too much mental harrasment and dishonest behaviour of airtel's customer service representatives. I will advice u the same so airtel should learn something how to serve customers.

    @airtelindia Hey Airtel, I’ve already ported out but still getting messages about a ₹53.63 due. Tried paying but no proper way to access the bill. Why make it this difficult to clear a small amount? Fix this ASAP. Call me on my number - 7411422318

    @airtelindia this company charged for services for whole month and give service for 15 days and rest of days they having network issues. Please suggest @jagograhakjago who is this company? A robbers with tie or frauds with smile.

    3rd internet outage since Sunday and still no proper fix. Issue persists, engineer scheduled tomorrow but work is getting impacted repeatedly. Need immediate attention and permanent resolution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia your WiFi sucks. It is less that 5mbps despite opting for Airtel Black option. Can you fix this?
