As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. By mistake converted to postpaid asked to cnvrt back to prepaid.They didwithout telling previous recharge will lapse. Now telling my recharge lapsed.Pathetic service.

Screenshots and evidence emailed. Kindly fix your backend instead of sending customers in circles.
