As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.
