    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    @MyIndusIndBank @rajivanand I was unable to contact 1860 267 7777 from my prepaid account with @airtelindia. I migrated to a postpaid account and attempted to reach customer support but was directed to voicemail. There has been no further progress.

    @airtelindia such an irony that the concerned technician assigned to the complaint 11036606070 says he is on leave and shares another technician number who doesnโ€™t pick the phone the entire Friday a working day. Left with no option we had to trouble shoot ourselves. Pathetic!!!

    @airtelindia I just want to close my wifi connection as your customer care persons are very fraud everytime they assure for resolution but nothing has been done. Kindly close my wifi connection as requested in app many times. @bhartiairtelfdn

    Been an airtel user for ages, and I feel one thing they were very good at was service, which is pathetic now. They will keep you in loop for days to not act upon your request. Please dont choice airtel broadband. @airtelindia @Airtel_Services
