Absolutely disgusted with @airtelindia broadband service! Router is not catching signal for over 24 hours & despite complaints, no solution provided! And to top it off, they have the nerve to send a message saying the issue has been resolved! #airtelbroadband @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

@airtelindia My new broadband connection isn't working since last 5 days. I've opened a SR (134323686), hv called customer care several times, exchanged several emails with nodal and appellate, but all they have to say is that the request is in process. Please look into it.

Very disappointing experience from @airtelindia Upon successful porting, there is no option in their IVR to connect to customer care executives to ask about possible FRC options. If a new customer doesn’t have balance, you won’t even assist them ? @Airtel_Presence
