    Dear @airtelindia may I know how to reach your customer care for international roaming. You are charging me 5000rs and my outgoing SMS is not working. You kept raising roaming charges 1000rs every year and do not provide a good service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Spoke with customer support today โ€” no meaningful action taken. Is Airtel actually resolving issues or just closing tickets to meet SLAs? This kind of experience defeats the purpose of being an Airtel Black customer.

    @airtelindia @SunilBhartiMitl Dear Sir I am an Airtel Customer for more than 25 years. Using multiple numbers. I was using Rs. 799 plan for 84 days with 1.5 GB data. Yesterday my plan has expired. Today when I am trying to recharge I am seeing the plan has discontinued.
