    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    @airtelindia has worst mobile app. I was checking the wifi plan but you can't check different plan without putting your address again and again. each time they register a new inquiry for a new connection. Just unnecessarily wasting the time and very buggy flow. #NoAirtelThanks

    @airtelindia For about the past twenty days, my Air Fiber device has been having internet problems. Because of this issue, I have lodged around 100 to 200 complaints with customer care, but there has still been no solution.

    @Airtel_Ug takes unlimited time to issue a new merchant line. Already 2+ months has passed and different people committing it will be delivered today since the application. @airtelindia activates the connection within 2 Hrs. Highly surprised with services. @Airtel_Presence

    @AirtelIndia I am on your β‚Ή859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia β€” Is this the level of service you provide?

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had recently purchased Airtel wifi and paid 1500 engineer visited on 4/4 due to network issue it wasn't installed engineer no9566547811 also post on x two days before no solution made.and no response till now.very poor response.

    This is the reality of Reliance Jio service: Recharged β†’ shifted home in 3 days β†’ waited 7+ days for relocation β†’ no installation Result? Full month recharge wasted because of your delay. Cancelled and switched to @airtelindia fiber. @JioCare #WorstService #Jio
