    When a wifi is not working ,2 nd time in a week(Request no.11034199701)and slot booked 11am-12pm ,but engineer does not came,customer care says slot booking is accdng to customer,but engineer will do according to his time,so do wait,as customers time is not importnt @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Have some shame atleast.This is absolutely unacceptable. My Wi-Fi has been down since the 2 days, what kind of service is this please handle customer grievances instead of forcing people to deal with bots.Your automated support is useless

    @airtelindia @JioCare @airtelindia again facing issue with Airtel internet. On an average I am facing 2-3 times internet issue in a month that means about 7 days in a week I am not able to use the internet then why you charging for those days. And when my internet issue will be resolved. Wrost Service
