    Have been using two @airtelindia Premium Postpaid connections, but the experience of reaching customer care is absolutely terrible. For a premium service, the customer support is deeply disappointing. What’s the point of paying more if you can’t even speak to a representative.

    Dear @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio As you know there is a current flood situation in area likeCharaideo,lahon gaon, Tengapkhuri etc. People are suffering, and still there is no network coverage in our area, neither normal calls are connecting nor the internet is working.

    Dear @airtelindia, Manugunuru (PIN 521333), Andhra Pradesh has had no Airtel signal, calls, or internet for 1 week. The nearby tower in Chintapadu (4 km away) is reportedly shut due to a land rent dispute. Around 10–15 villages are affected. Please resolve this urgently. #Airtel

    @airtelindia complaint no- 11035694427 opened since 48 hours. Airtel priority customer and RM assures action in 4 hours multiple times and nothing happens. Have called more than 8 times and every time each RM escalates and nothing happens. This post is last effort before I switch
