I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

I dialed @airtelindia customer care at 4 PM to sought out the issue and I was assured that I will get a call back. Nothing happened. After 8 PM, my fuming wife, who is without a number and works in banking sector, dialed the customer care. More misery was waiting for her.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Issue not solved. Kindly share adjustment details. You people have purposely increased billing every month, Corporate looters. As per our calculation, extra amount paid is 604. Also Sept invoice received is 860.21 (271.21 extra). Revise Sept invoice.

@airtelindia I am using Airtel postpaid number since last approx 10 year. Now a days your network is running very slow. I am very sad with this kind of experience. Hope Airtel will make sure that I will never think of switching to other network to @reliancejio @VodafoneGroup

Airtel xstream services caused me, financial loss, mental restlessness, wasted my time and made me feel disrespectful. I took costly plan for better service that @airtelindia failed to provide, 24hrs time was provided many times and team failed to resolve the issue in given time
