@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested for Upgradation from Copper wire to Fiber connection in airtel app and raised a complaint in customer care (198) for more than 5 times and yet there is no response from airtel.

@airtelindia worst service given by your call centre executive’s.They give half information to the costumer even resolve the unresolved query them self without any informed the customer.
