    @airtelindia really pathetic service. Every week 2 days your internet service doesn’t work. Today it’s been 8 hrs it’s down. How someone can work from home? I was loyal customer but now you giving me no choice. Switching to something better. Thank you for your no service .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Is there any update on the issue? It's been 3 days the issue has not been resolved. The only assurance I get is we are looking into it without any timeline. Feel it would be better to move from Airtel as we do not even where the problem is.

    Dear @airtelindia, my house is only 300 meters in kankhoria kasia from your tower, yet there is almost no network coverage. Calls drop frequently and internet barely works. This issue is affecting the entire village. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

    I’ve been a loyal Airtel customer for many years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to get my WiFi connection (DSL No: 014111673319_dsl) disconnected for the past two months. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of disconnecting the service, Airtel continues to generate bills, forcing me to make unnecessary payments. What’s even more frustrating is being kept on hold for long periods every time I contact customer support, with no resolution. Is this the level of customer service Airtel stands for?
