  @SayraBano189524 @airtelindia Same here, they are asking me to pay for laying the cables. This update was last Tuesday. Till now, I haven't got one single update from the Airtel team regarding resolution.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1. #airtel is the most pathetic company in the service industry these days. I raised 2 request to unbundle black plan and cancel the WiFi shift request but even after almost 15 days these guys don't have any solution, other than just lie. #fraud

  @airtelindia My wifi is not working from last 5 days but noone is bothered to resolve. I called RM's so many times but no solution at all. Pls do this on priority basis. Otherwise disconnect the connection on immediately.

  @airtelindia Your WiFi service is pathetic. Constant shutdowns every few weeks lasting 24-48 hours. Calling customer support is useless—all I get are generic "we are fixing it" scripts. When will this actually be resolved? #AirtelDown #BadService

  . @airtelindia had earlier removed 1Gb/day plan costed 219Rs. Nw ths MFs hv removed 1.5Gb/day also wch costed 299Rs. Why ******** is 2GB minimum, Which cost 349 These MFs are removing the affordable plans. I barely use less than 1Gb a day, why shld i be taking 2Gb for Rs350

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been many days since I raised a complaint about network coverage issues in my area. I was assured it’s ‘under progress’ with regular updates, but there’s been no improvement and no updates at all. Really disappointed with the service.
