  @airtelindia You have the worst customer service. My Wi-Fi has been down since July 21, and it's still not fixed. The assigned engineer doesn't even know about the case, while your support team keeps saying one has already been assigned.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my complaint id 657833189..I choose 9am-10a.m time for 28.07.26. Given engineer Sourav Mondal told me that he will not be able to visit my residence before 2.30p.m.Why?..didn't you people check before confirmation?need solution

  @anonymousCretur @airtelindia Same issue with @airtelindia. Frequent outages, zero accountability, and painfully slow support. Calling this "enterprise service" is a joke. Extremely disappointing.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel IVR service is pathetic. There is no option to talk to service representative. Trying from a very long time. Kindly connect with me. Recharge is successful but unable to make calls. Transaction ID 651264845. Kindly asssit at the earliest.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago still no resolution for my complaint. Wifi not stable from last few months. There're continuous interruptions daily. Explain the reason unless i would be changing the provider. Its completely unprofessional how you handle queries.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched to Airtel Postpaid for better service and internet quality, but at my location even the 4G network doesn't work properly. Forget about 5G,So what's the point of using a postpaid connection? porting to Jio seems like a better option.

  @airtelindia Customers pay for reliable connectivity and responsive support—not repeated IVR loops and unfulfilled promises. Kindly escalate this complaint, arrange an engineer visit at the earliest, and provide a permanent resolution. This level of customer service unacceptable
