    So after paying ₹1849, receiving a success confirmation from Airtel, losing service on my number, making multiple calls to customer care, recharging again from my own pocket, and being passed around between departments, I am STILL waiting for a resolution. @airtelindia

    I switched to an eSIM a week ago. My data and calls work, but the 24-hour incoming SMS security block was never lifted. My incoming messages are stuck at the network level. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia help me out asap !

    @Azimm2730Azim @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Do you have any Airtel email ID where I can file a complaint? They do not reply on Twitter and the customer care call gets disconnected after I enter all the required details.

    @airtelindia you got the wrost service and the worst staff, your staff just waits for 6 pm so that they can run away from your work and let the customer suffer, pathetic service and worst network, never hoped @airtelindia will fall this low
