  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Today again I called the customer care and I was again told that your request has been sent to the priority team but it is 4 PM but still no one has contacted me. Request you to please refund my amount and cancel my connection if you are short on staff. Will get some other DTH.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, For the last several days, Airtel users in Village Rohat, District Sonipat, Haryana have been facing severe network issues. Voice calls take 1–2 minutes to connect. Even after connecting, there is often no audio from either side. Calls have to be disconnected and reconnected 2–3 times before they work. Mobile internet is also extremely slow and unstable. This is not an individual issue—almost all Airtel users in the area are experiencing the same problem. Kindly investigate the local tower/network and restore normal service at the earliest.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today i went to airtel outlet for recharge told him to go with 299 plan but it was not working with my no. Why ? Forcefully i get the 349 plan why ? When I am paying to use your service then why i supposed to go according to you?

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Again I called the local office and he assured me that I will get the work done. I again called him on 26/07/2026 but he did not respond. I complained at the toll free number the same day and I was assured that the complaint has been escalated and a new complaint has been lodged.
