    @airtelindia I am Airtel black customer. My DTH has not been working since last one month inspite of multiple complaints at multiple times the complaint remains unresolved. I think I am left with no option but to move to another service provider.@bhartinews

    @TRAI @airtelindia I would urge all to comment if facing a problem with Airtel for poor connection and service but charging full amount every time. There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.

    @airtelindia gotta be worst network provider when it comes to actual customer support, been trying to get some real human agent support and only being end being with some pre trained ai talking nonsense
