  Poor service from Airtel Xstream Fiber in Pune. After multiple complaints, I was told technician will visit in 2 hours, but later got message it’s rescheduled for tomorrow. Misleading & unacceptable. Resolve ASAP or cancel & refund. Complaint IDs: 11028268898 @airtelindia

  having raised request for DTH shifting, no one came.. i dismantle myself DTH from my previous home , and it is not being installed yet... send someone to take out your pathetic router and your worst things from my home... @airtelindia @airtelnews

  @airtelindia complaint on my Airtel Black DTH/wifi Account No.3071389944-01 under warranty replacement of a remote control is pending for about a fortnight. Not able to use my TV, but your charges get accrued. Disappointed with the manner this case is being handled. Kindly help.

  Dear @airtelindia fed up with weak network, no internet on AirWiFi,No proper network either. Issue every weekend (Fri–Mon) for past month. Just false promises that an engineer will visit,no one comes. Same issue again today. Useless service. Might port to #JioAirFiber

  To everyone planning to use any service, like any service of @airtelindia Let me tell you- They have the most horrible, pathetic, incompetent customer service ! Calling from last 5 days for one simple issue and talking with 8 different agents and no one actually fixing!

  @airtelindia @AirtelXtream @BandBajateRaho1 It is a pathetic customer service from Airtel on the stream service. The remote is not operational since 2 days and I have logged a complaint multiple time but still there is no action from your end. Ticket#655542094
