Im using @airtelindia for 10 years just because of connectivity otherwise i don't wish to use it at least 1 min. I have complained about many issues regarding your service but your customer care executive or seniors made many excuses to avoid responsibility.

1/3 I really get frustrated wd his behavior & asked how to get port from Airtel to another co.? he replied “It’s easy to do port by a simple message from your cell”-Great Attitude. I hope Airtel will get more profit from this support person attitude @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
