Mohan Vishwakarma (@Mohan_up52) reported@airtelindia I contacted customer support multiple times but got no resolution. I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel number with ₹348 today at 7:54 AM. It shows “In Progress”. I need cancellation & refund to my BHIM UPI, NOT transfer. Please escalate.

Both Airtel Centers in Nagpur refused to give me a new WiFi Dongle as my old one is not working. The Center Head says I must buy a new plan first!
