    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I had raised a complaint at your airtel store on 22nd regarding a recharge that wasn't reflecting in my number. Its been 7 days and they don't know what's happening with that complaint. Is this how a concern is handled?

    @airtelindia @airtelindia poor service and customer grievance facility. Have applied for broadband and paid the fee on 18/11/2021, but despite ur "so called 24-48 hrs installation service", broadband hasn't been installed till date.

    @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw @airtelindia Airtel have changed my plan from 299 to 349 with out my consent ,is this possible as they say they informed by SMS which can be missed and TRAI guidelines alow them to do same as was informed by there senior customer executive. Sir kindly look
