    @airtelindia I'd registered a complaint on 4 August about no internet access on my broadband, and also a request to upgrade to fibre optic. Both remain unresolved, despite repeated follow up calls with your customer care. तो अब क्या करूं? मर जाऊं?

    @airtelindia So if i am not a part of airtel black. @airtelindia not going resolve my any complaints on priority. So i am a 6 years old customer with no value. And a new customer with @airtelblack have more attention and value and a dedicated Team. Great work airtel for divide your customer.

    @airtelindia I have a new connection of Airtel black. But DTH service with HD box not provided to me. Everytime customer care gives assurance that it will be done within 24 hrs. This is going on for the last one month.

    @airtelindia I am complaining since last 8months regarding poor network service in my area. So many complaints I had filed. Still the same issue. Big blunder by @airtelindia for giving poor service. Call drop is happening so many times. Worst network. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys it's been 8 days and 3 tweets. Everytime you guys say we will look into it. All i want is someone to install the cable and router. Is anyone of your representative free to talk to me? Or that i am a common man and won't get proper service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews it's been more then 4 days I am chasing you guys to resolve my broadband issue. Everytime the call support team says it will be resolved in 2-3 hours. Such a pathetic response from you guys. What should I do should I stop the services?
