    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Cheating and harassing customer with excessive billing and no service. Airtel charged me 3599 for IR pack without providing me data services and further charged me 5000 in unbilled amount for reasons unknown. Bizzare! Total Harrasment!!

    Part-4 @airtelindia 9.your executive happily took my request for disconnection and told there is nothing she can do about it ! From here it is very clear that you guys don’t care about customers well being or the trouble they face if they don’t have Internet

    @airtelindia @TRAI I have raised a complaint as my airtel extreme fiber is not working for 3 days I spoke with Pratiksha she was the rudest person she put me on hold for 1 hour and 10 min without any unhold and then disconnect call, I want my refund and cutline of airtel

    @airtelindia Hi team, Have been waiting since Nov9 2022 to till date to resolve my issue and get refund. Instead multiple invoices generated no clarity. New connection with Nil services but invoices billed No refund after equipment is taken back. Am I addressing to incorrect team
