    @Airtel_Presence Don't care how @airtelindia sorts out its life. Tell me how does your executive see only 1 ticket raised till date regarding the said issue?? How useless is the Airtel System?? Also, U still havent answerd my last Q. I am ok to hold back Airtel's bill paymnt till dis is sorted?

    @airtelindia has to be the most pathetic company when it comes to customer service. My DTH connection is not working for 3 days now and I don’t have any single sign of resolution in sight.

    It's been more than 24 hours now, and @airtelindia broadband service in my area is still not restored. No follow-up SMS, no email, and no meaningful update. This level of support is simply unacceptable. When can customers expect a resolution?
