    Even the new connection is not installed yet. This is how you work with your customers. Its really disappointing to see someone like @airtelindia @Airtel do this. Customers are your first priority. If you are not able to prioritise your customer its useless for the customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don’t know how data loan is activated on my phone and now your customer care is refusing to take a complaint to get it checked. @TRAI if you’re not a bunch of shameless and useless crap, take some action against airtel. SUSPEND THEIR LICENSE

    @airtelindia Our office broadband internet has been going down 2 times a day for the last 15–20 days. We have already raised complaints, and your technician also replaced the Wi-Fi router, but the issue still persists.

    Instead of focusing on bringing 5G, first make sure the network has proper signal coverage. Plan it properly if the signal is strong and reliable at this time, everyone will switch. I’m seriously fed up with Jio and Airtel. Mod gud daniki get ready @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unfortunately I have an Airtel Black membership, I live in Kalwa. Wifi speed is down since 13th Aug, raised a ticket on 14th Aug, they called me on 15th Aug eve and told me there's a network tower issue. Today's day 5, it's still unresolved.
