@airtelindia @airtelindia 7 days ahead of expiry of prepaid services airtel launches daily series of threats and rude language under the guise of reminders. At the end of each outward call an irritating sms is received. Seriously expect higher ups to put an end to this practice.

The worst service by airtel. 'Airtel money' it not trust worthy or not capable of serving the customers. The amount deducted during failed recharge won't be refunded. When u try to connect to the customer care u will be thrown into the loop u can't talk to them.@airtelindia

I have heard people say, @airtelindia has one of the worst consumer service and now experiencing it first hand I know why. The local technicians have kept me hanging for the last 45+ days. False promises, dodged calls, tardy visits.
