I subscribed to their mesh for better Internet at blackspots but as expected it’s not working, so I’ve returned it in September 2024. But to my surprise they kept billing for it for like 6 months. Multiple complaints raised, no resolution

Made at least 13 calls, no one knows. Always being told that the issue is being escalated for the past 9 days. Pathetic service.
