All pls beware if you switch on international roaming, Airtel will rip you off even if you use only incoming sms facility for otp. They could charge me bcz I'm on postpaid. If I was prepaid customer, they couldn't hv looted me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago

@airtelindia raised ticket for wi-fi issue in app.I was given 9th June 9.30-10.30 am. Found that the neigbours too face the issue. Qs: When entire locality faces issue, why airtel could not detect automatically? How do you claim 24x7 service after giving 36 hrs wait time?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Your chatbot looked at an iPhone 15 Pro and confidently declared it β€œnot eSIM compatible.” If Airtel’s systems cannot identify one of the world’s most common eSIM-supported devices, the problem is clearly not the customer. Screenshots and evidence emailed. Kindly fix your backend instead of sending customers in circles.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, as an Airtel Priority Postpaid customer, it’s really disappointing that 5G still isn't available in my locality. Paying a premium tariff but still stuck on 4G speeds. When can we expect a 5G rollout here?

@airtelindia In addition, I have also called the customer care helpline (0522-4444121) multiple times over the last three days and reised the complaint on Airtel App. Each time, I have been assured that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours.
