@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I placed a request for broadband shifting interstate on 23rd and was told the guy will be there tomorrow , the next day local guy calls up and asks to take a new connection if I want internet as shifting not possible and to ignore the customer care.

@airtelindia Your wifi services are frequently down, When I logged a complaint there is no resolution, my router is not working since morning, till far no one addressed the issue, I don’t know how can you say that airtel@is doing better!

@airtelindia your wifi service is not working since morning. Tried everything I could. Tried calling your customer care number too but don't why it keeps disconnecting before I could enter the details. Either get this resolved or if not let me know so i can find other providers.
