@JioCare I called JioFiber today morning at 11 am, I had 100Mbps Fibre Net installed by 3 pm along with dual band Router and a TV Set Top box. Commendable service 👏. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are losing your market fast.

@airtelindia New broadband connection in last week of June, was pathetic and hence disconnection request the following day. Was promised complete refund in 45 days, way beyond the time, no response and no way to contact airtel, despite being a loyal customer for 15 + years.....
Just to be clear, I am tweeting these many times since sending emails(no one has responded yet), calling the customer number(asks for SR number) and registering complaint on Airtel Thanks app(no option for disconnection) has not worked. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
