@airtelindia I reacharge my broadband account for 30 days validity. It expired in 20 days. Customer care said I should change the plan after recharge.. it was not maention while recharging.. what a fraud service it is..

Worst user experience from @airtelindia Raised request for deactivation of self custody on Thursday night and Sunday morning service is not activated. I have followed up more than 5 times but everytime just assurance that wait for 4 hr or till morning.
