    @airtelindia @TRAI why airtel deduct every month idle mantinance charge if any customer can't recharge due to any issue. This policy is bogus for customer. Refund my amount ASAP.

    Poor customer service by Airtel for over a month for my pre-paid SIM issue. Already pre-paid for 1year and additional talk time topped up for what reason they mentioned. Still not resolved after repeated emails & calls #Airtel #poorcustomerservice @airtelindia
