Order (1010103018398) has been delayed with multiple tickets still in-progress and no resolution. Customer support is unresponsive, & the AS Rao Nagar store is not answering calls. This is unacceptable service!

Many users only need their number active for a few days for OTP & incoming calls especially before travel (abroad).
