    Can you(@airtelindia) explain which type of 4g services you are giving, I raised more than 10 complaints to your customer care center(plus call & thanks app) & they are unable to fix the issue and i am worrying about why are we paying extra to airtel as One Airtel plan.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have been continuously following up on the replacement of my damaged SIM since last month. But due to your pathetic customer service I am yet to get the new SIM despite submitting the requested documents. This is now very frustrating.
