    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir will you please discontinue the #COVID alert caller tune from all telecom services? During emergency,it gives headache and repeatedly listening this cause additional frustration. Everyone now know about COVID so please look into it. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    The fact that @airtelindia has 0 humans in its support team is diabolical! Once you get stuck with issues, visiting an offline store seems to be the only remedy. Disappointed but not surprised.

    @airtelindia my voLTE isn't working so I can't access internet while I'm on call, your app chatbot is so horrible it's not allowing me to make this complaint. Please fix this ASAP

    @airtelindia , you only responsible for WiFi problem & for your irresponsible executives. You will have to adjust this in billing, else I will file case in consumer forum, just remember. If m paying my hard work money then I want services without wasting my precious time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Hoskote, Bengaluru, my Airtel Broadband connection has been down for the last 3 days. The Airtel app keeps reporting an area outage, but there has been no resolution so far. Could you please provide an update and help restore the connection ASAP.

    @sbhansali @airtelindia they say zee5 is also part of package but when I try to access it via their xtream app, it asks for subscription. I am on same 200 mbps plan. @airtelindia can you fix this?
