No one seems to be listening to Appellate or Nodal or CS. Just depts created on paper with no authority. Collection dept people don't even know Appellate or Nodal

Pathetic customer support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Its been now more than 2weeks but still no resolution. Everytime they just ask for contact number and then no response. @airtelnews I am done with airtel now porting to another provider as soon as I am back!!

@airtelindia @airtelindia did a recharge of Rs. 699 on my airtel number via the airtel app (payment mode phone pe), and it was successful but it has been more than 10 hours and it is not reflected in my number. Kindly look into the issue.

@airtelindia for past 48+ hours my broadband service is not working. Everytime I reach to your customer support, the IVR system says we are working on the issue. No customer support executive talks to customer. This is pathetic service.

@airtelindia @DoT_India I have ported from vi to Airtel for better network coverage and internet connectivity and services.but this is worst indoor connectivity i have experienced. No coverage in indoor house and no internet connection.i noticed jio is overall good for network coverage and Internet.

@airtelindia First look into the customer complaint as your are charging 666 1.5gb/day for 84days and the service is not provided when trying to raise an complaint giving time of 10days then why your are charging even we pay money for service and should wait for 10days to resolve
