@TRAI Harrashed by @airtelindia and @reliancejio service discounued. After payment it was supposed to be resumed. Pymnt link was sent by jio for rcntly ported nmbr from airtel to jio. Once d pymnt done via online mode airtel store guy says we dnt take online paymnt for such case

@airtelindia I live in a community apartment called Hazel in Avadi. I see your Broadband becomes fully unreliable & nothing improves the service. 30+ tired customers now looking alternatives just in my single block. Pls Google HAZEL Avadi & realise size of dissatisfied customers.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i raised a porting request last month.. i got a call back requesting to hold for sometime and network issues will be resolved... ticket created on 17th June.... till today its pending...pathetic customer service..

In fact asked for complete disconnection of service. Customer care executives request to wait on call for 45min finally disconnect call without proper resolution. 4 times disconnect in 10 days it’s pathetic experience. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal
