    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir will you please discontinue the #COVID alert caller tune from all telecom services? During emergency,it gives headache and repeatedly listening this cause additional frustration. Everyone now know about COVID so please look into it. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia The peak irony? Even the Airtel Thanks app refuses to open using Airtel network or Airtel WiFi. You’re not just failing at broadband AND mobile coverage @Airtel_Presence, you’re running an involuntary unplugged retreat.

    Hi @airtelindia I have requested Wifi complain 4 days back. Still no response from your team. The issue is still not solved. Pathetic customer service. Why are we paying monthly bills if you guys cant fix it in 48 hours ? @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence Ok. This has to be suitably escalated and addresses. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you cannot just ignore paying customers grievances and services issues. A compalint has been registered with Indian Consumer Forum, docket #9900587.
