A prepaid customer who has paid you upfront for 25 years, who never defaulted, who never owed you a single rupee, is now being told his data will move slower than a postpaid user on the same network he helped build. Why? What did loyalty ever do to deserve the slow lane? You did not invent a new technology. You simply throttled the old one for your most disciplined customers and sold the throttling as a feature. The prepaid base did not become weaker overnight. The network did not change overnight. The only thing that changed is your willingness to discriminate openly between citizens based on their billing cycle. This is not premium service. Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.

The next day, wifi connection automatically got disconnected, while neighbours received uninterrupted Airtel Wifi! No wifi since last two days and not a single Airtel Technician arrived.
