    @airtelindia I have really serious complaint. I did ₹398 recharge. It was showing 2 days remaining and the Airtel app was asking to recharge. Recharged today ₹398 again, the remaining 2 days vanished, cycle started from today itself. This is very bad compared to Jio.😠😡

    What a bad connection...recharged with 4g datanot even giving 3g data. everytime getting information we are updating .does it takes a year to upgrade..shut down your company...don't give false promisesif it continues like this you will definitely lose customers @airtelindia

I already opted out of your Wi-Fi service, clearly asked multiple times to stop calling me, and requested permanent closure of my connection. Yet every single day I keep getting multiple calls from your team asking the same questions again and again. How many times do I need to say NO? It is completely my choice whether I want to continue using Airtel services or not. Harassing customers daily with repeated calls after they have already opted out is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I even requested your team to collect the router from my home, but there has been no proper response from your side. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps disturbing me every day with unnecessary calls. Totally pathetic customer service and harassment at this point. Respect customer decisions and stop forcing your services on people. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #PoorCustomerService
