    Facing problems with online recharge.Complained online but of no use,visited the customer centre where they kept shifting the liability on other executives. After 1 hr the response came that least they can do is lodge a complaint.@TRAI @airtelindia request you to look into this.

    @hemantbuch @airtelindia Shifted to another operator a few months back & only reason was the pathetic customer service levels of Airtel. Not only do they NOT solve customers issues, they end up making it an even bigger mess.

    @airtelindia 9748676975 From last two months (July & August) I'm recharging the minimum amount of Rs 35.00 where talk time and 100MB data should hv been provided, receiving talktime only, no data being included. Customer care, no response service, wrote mails.
