It was showing 2 days remaining and the Airtel app was asking to recharge. Recharged today ₹398 again, the remaining 2 days vanished, cycle started from today itself. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP.
