    @AshokBagihalli @airtelindia No. You aren't alone. Service quality is really poor from AirTel. No, neither Jio nor Vodafone or idea is much better. It's all based on specific areas so some may perform better at certain place The main issue is inaction from @TRAI & @DoT_India to allow them loot us legally

    @airtelindia is one of the pathetic customer care support. Neither you get a resolution via twitter support neither from customer care support. Their payment bank only takes in money and after that you cannot recharge with it neither you can return the money to your bank.

They designed their business as money first service last, where as Jio approached the market as service first to prove their point to demand money. ARPU was always below 50 before Jio where as people didn't mind 150+ ARPU with Jio. Result of arrogance

    @airtelindia Does your 4G work in Indiranagar, Bengaluru? I rarely use internet from phone and when I need it, it almost always never works. What’s the use of paying for data when your internet does not work. Service has gone from bad to worse.
