Hope I have not wasted the hard earned money I have spent. All the customer care says is tech issue, no issue with dongle, within 8days issue will be resolved. Sad..Unacceptable!

On the service contract we signed it was written that all installation will be completed in a month. There was complete radio silence for a month. (1/4)
