    The worst service in broadband is by @airtelindia . Pathetic service, customer care has no clue, sales people are fraud and cheater. Coming to the speed, the 3G network would work better and faster. Better is Airtel closes it's service for everyone's peace. #Airtel #AirtelDown

    senior supervisor #Subroto Today, after complaining many times about very bad network, when I called for no solution,this guy used very bad ***** words. Hope will take action and will inform me of his condition engineer to survey the area for network problem @airtelindia

    @airtelindia disappointed being a loyal Airtel customer from decades. Changed my plan to view Netflix but it’s not getting activated due to your internal issue. Customer care can’t help to resolve as well. Why the service is so poor!! Surprised 😯

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am sorry to inform you that no person has contacted us or not taken any pain to resolve the issue of SR No. 1014304709 other SR Nos are: 101430442382, 10143037607 & 10143047895. All connections are down with RED Light blinking in Modem.

    @airtelindia without any prior notification why we were suffering network issue last night. Very poor service. Displayed emergency calls only.there was no signal from 11.50 pm to approx. 3 am.

    @Airtel_Presence I once again generated a SR No. 1014400920 regarding the poorest service being provided by @airtelindia. It is repeatedly happening and nothing is being looked after thoroughly causing huge loss. Please look into the matter. Please note there are 5 connections in our premises.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You don’t cancel it immediately and ask for time to resolve ion a day . Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???

    @airtelindia network speed is very slow...airtel 5G unlimited plan is worst because always dead network show and speed ..pls give a speed ... I think Jio network is good for this location.. i should be port continuously facing same situation . Thanku

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia then I’m told they will call back in 5 minutes and issue will be resolved instantly. This is too much now. No proper resolution and no response on this matter. Fraudulent behaviour for bills.

    Very disappointed with Airtel AirFiber. Contacted customer care 3 times to update billing name & email, but still receiving bills with incorrect details. Account ID: 20044292021 . Please resolve this and share an updated invoice ASAP. @airtelindia @FibreAirtel @AirtelXtream
