And when I searched dif there is any issue with my device or area.. I came to such an answer from an ex CSD employee of airtel... this is pathetic @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a loyal customer for over a decade and I don't expected to get such pathetic service from airtel

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been getting constant calls and harassment from Airtel customer care, Kolkata. There’s specifically one or two executives who are continously calling and using bad language, harassing and asking about a payment which haa already been made.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.

WTF is wrong with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are not helpful at all. I recharged one of my number but the app shows not recharged even after waiting for hours. Worst network service ever. ****** network. The Customer care doesn't even pick up the call.

Issue started again with frequent drops. Not resolved permanently. Technician already confirmed backend problem. Fix this today or proceed with disconnection & router pickup. Also process bill adjustment. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @JioCare This is how Airtel behaves, ask customer to do DM and then dont respond. I was having 4 postpaid mobile and a broadband and DTH and I was on airtel black plan. I was not needing DTH and requested for IPTV. Their customer care executive told me that if you dont want DTH you will have to come out of Airtel Black plan. But she never told me that if I am out of airtel black plan, then despite not using DTH, I will be billed Rs 600 per month extra only for Postpaid mobiles and Broadband. Also despite 3 requests, no one visited for iptv. Also despite trying 100 of times, I was not able to connect to their customer care. It was only the IVR all the time. Airtel socks big time

My connection is inactive since 3 months @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence want me to for 1219.65. Moreover call centre guys can't explain me why I have to pay this much. Who gonna response over this issue. Shall we go to consumer court.
