@airtelindia I have raised a request for IntraCity broadband shifting on 3rd June, but after 9 days there is no progress on it. I am having lots of problems without internet connection in the office. Request was made on the 3rd of June. I am also in follow-up with customer care.

@airtelindia I asked the store executive if someone can come to our house for the live photo since I heard that is an option. He wasn’t sure if they even have that service and says there’s no one available. Any solutions for this or shall I think of other solutions like port?
