  Pathetic service from @airtelindia I'm not able to make or attend calls, if at all i did my call gets dropped for no reason, my signal strength is almost full. Couldn't reach them for voice support. 1/2

  @airtelindia 2/2 Customer care says it's a fiber connection and expected to get 200mbps. The service person says it's copper over RJ45 copper connection and so, can't get 200mbps and suggest to upgrading to fiber. Customer care says there isn't any option to upgrade.
