    @airtelindia am holding the premium platinum mobile family pack service. Am sorry to saw one of the sim has gone faulty. Went to a store found that to be abandoned. Airtel store at Sadar bazar Delhi cantt. Airtel insist me to go to another. I think doorstep service be given.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ridiculous customer service. False commitments and full of lies. Took the airtel extreme connection this morning and paid full amount in advance. Technician to come at 1 pm and the drama starts. It’s 6 pm now and no one has come.
