@airtelindia the level of service is really pathetic. Had applied for upgrade for fibre connection at home but the answer from Airtel after a week is that I should cancel the request as they will take their own time to complete the activity

@officiald2h @TRAI D2H your service is less than cable operators in every colony this problem is 10 time in the last 15 day's signal problem and every you charge 200.00 now you can fix this problem or I have to move to @airtelindia I will throw it in “DUSTBIN”

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am on Airtel Black plan, which they call a privileged service plan. And I am billed for connections which even I am not using and I have to call for this after every few days, the privilege I have is that I am connected to CS exe without the wait.

@airtelindia Airtel team, Worst experience with their while replacing my sim. A whole bunch of harassment by your customer care team and their floor supervisor. My number is not working for the last two days.Not to recommend airtel to anyone.
