    @airtelindia @Cheapskates! Too stingy/ short-staffed to put a new broadband box in my home in central Chennai. Will take 3 months it seems. I have to pay 'hold charges' until then. No option given except to disconnect. Congrats Airtel on your crappy service!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was given today's resolution date for my broadband connection issue before 8:30 am. Now the IVR says it's 23.6.22 at 11 am. What's going on?? I don't get an option to speak to customer support executive. Need an immediate callback. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia very bad broadband service, raised service request three times in week and still issue is not fixed. I am asking to raise a request to stop the service but still they are not taking request to terminate the service.
