My phone no got hacked. Now I want to block my airtel sim but alas the great Airtel service I can't even connect my call to customer care executive. Each time just IVR speak bull shits and the call got disconnected. Great service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia feeling cheated by airtel. On Nov 9th 2021 I had gone to powai branch to cancel my broadband. Now I got bill for dec and jan. Branch confirms this but say I need to attend call by airtel office in which they may try to retain customer only then it will be stop.

I am experiencing worst service by @airtelindia, I have purchased 100Mbps plan but since 2 days its giving only 16-20 Mbps and service provider is keep fooling me by saying yes we are coming in half an hour and all. @airtelindia please look into it.

@airtelindia Bigger claims, fake promises. Is this the reality of digital India? I mean when u can't provide the service in middle of city how can one expect you to provide service in the rural areas.
