  @airtelindia few days bk I had registered a complaint. The caller's voice was disruptive. Such a simple complaint! Now SMS says that you were still working on it! I didn't know that it was such a critical issue that can't be resolved in a day or two! Or was it inefficient system

  @hangryoldman @JioCare @airtelindia Earlier jio's services used to be very good, you could troubleshoot issues through myjio app and easily schedule a technician visit yourself. Now, you cannot do that even after calling customer care.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP.
