@airtelindia I have complained regarding my Sim not working in the United Kingdom. Each time I get a response saying we will resolve in 24-48 hrs, but I haven't received any update nor any follow up from your end. It's been more than 2 weeks since I have raised a complaint.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Never ever go with Airtel network. Why? Bcoz.. 1. If you lose your ATM card and you need to call on 1800 XXX XXXX then you can't do if you dont have main balance. 2. In hills, jungles area, your network will lose.

@airtelindia pathetic service, despite raising numerous complains about xstream set up box, no action till date. Will advise everyone, not to go for this upgradation. Hardly functions.
