I have been checking with the store after submitting all required documents and always got response that sim activation is pending with Delhi office. So, why do we need to visit store again?

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia issue is from your configuration backend team then this needs to fixed soon.Issue due to hardware failure/ maintainance is acceptable but how come resolving technical configuration issue is taking so much of time. This is hampering my office work.
