@ViCustomerCare Day 6 and counting still...Network is not restored yet. Time to port the number to @airtelindia. Phone officer just said that they need 90 days to close this issue and he insisted that we keep paying the bills still. @airtelindia Do you ever treat your customers like this ?

@airtelindia, in patna, trying to get broadband at home fr my brother but it seems one of our house, 2km away got the connection but other one, engineer says, the work is in progress, can someone pls help or do u do things as per order in a particular area???

@Airtel_Presence Exact details of locations is given on screenshot @IAF_MCC can drop bomb with that location but @airtelindia needs more details to fix there 0.9 Mbps 4G speed . Go and check the billing detail . You bill me on the same address .

@airtelindia not getting otps since a week, it’s not only for some specific app, for all. For ex Swiggy, HDFC, TataSky, axisbank and more. Explained the issue to customer care many times but no resolution. Can you fix the issue asap or should i port to @reliancejio @JioCare
