    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - bad service ever, no customer call , no customer service, I am facing wifi issue form last two days no any resolution, please direct connect to me and resolve my query otherwise I moved to other services provider and permanently stop using Airtel.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. Went for SIM reactivation but your store staff misused my Aadhaar to open an Airtel Payments Bank account and activated ₹149 insurance WITHOUT my informed consent. SIM is still not working after hours. This is clear mis-selling + KYC misuse. I request: Immediate SIM activation Cancellation of account & insurance Full refund Strict action against the store staff involved If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @RBI and file a complaint with the consumer court. @Airtel_Presence please take urgent action.

    Worst company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . WiFi causing problems I was promised router change and now the guy who came says we can’t do anything our seniors are not allowing . Shift to Jio. I will also shift after claiming from consumer court

    @Airtel_Presence After doing everything @airtelindia requested-DM, cancel check, bank transaction, Airtel app transaction, Still i didn't get my money back, this is very frustrating and this is a scam airtel is doing It is almost 20 days since i have cancelled the request, Still no resolution
