@airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

What is this bureaucracy method you are following up? One of my pre-paid number not working because of sim damaged. I sent a boy with authorised letter and ID copy to collect the new sim but center is saying user need to be present in person. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
