    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @airtelindia i have been using your service since a year , but in last 4 months i am having way too much internet issue , sometimes it's very slow(not even able to send or receive WhatsApp messages) sometimes it's inconsistent (interrupting my video calls and online meetings) .

    Hi @airtelindia Just wanted to come on here and tell you that despite opting for your much esteemed and marketed “fibre” service, I’ve never been treated well as a customer! I have lodged a complaint for my router and your representatives don’t bother answering my calls.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am still waiting since1.5 months to get an esim issues to my airtel postpaid number as my sim does not work anymore. Even after repetitive followups, airtel does not bother and they claim 0 complaints cust srvice. Shame on you @Airtel_Presence

    @Shaileshg21 @airtelindia I am facing same issue. After several Complaints to customer care, there is no solution.I am also getting daily 8 to 10 spam calls and messages since I ported my number to Airtel. Airtel is selling its customers contact numbers to spam callers

    Airtel DishTV deducted 300rs for settop box even after giving 450rs to executive at the time of installation.. Still didn't recieve refund after doing 50+ calls, tired of talking to area manager and customer executives only get promise of 12hrs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you upgraded me to " black" without my consent and when i sent you several DMs you dont call back, this is the worst customer service issue i experienced with you guys being a customer for 14 plus years now.

    I have 4 fibre connections & trust me when I say this, you’ve lost me as a client. Its 2021 & your customer service still has a turnaround time of more than 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt for your services. Thank you for the inconvenience @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel India its very sad to tell you that I have applied for Airtel broadband but no isntallation done after payment and when I am asking for refund Customer care is putting my call on hold and not guiding me to get refund@airtelindia
