  @airtelindia When I am talking on customer care, they put the call on hold and still can’t help out. They are not even responding, after putting the call on hold. If you don’t want to give resolutions to the customers, then be specific about it. I know how to bash your company.

  @airtelindia My sim isn't working and as I approached the customercare,they want me to collect the sim from Bbsr which is 455 km away from my home, which is highly impossible for me. Would request the authorities to help me out as the sim is linked with all my bank Very upsetting

  @airtelindia , made payment 6 days back, broadband installation not done till now. Your installation engineer gave TL’s number and asking me to call and talk, and the TL is not picking call since yesterday. Wow, great service.
