    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jaagograhakjago My airtel wifi shows "No Connection" daily for an hour or two daily. Have to daily raise a request. Yet no solution worst customer support. Please check what is happening. This is not fair. Missed important meetings because of this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst part is that it's impossible to reach customer support. The IVR keeps looping, the chatbot doesn't let me raise a service request, and there's no way to talk to a human. I've even reached out to the area manager in Whitefield, but the issue is still unresolved.

    Have been following up for my new router to be installed for many months now. The engineers assigned do not visit to install and do not even answer calls. I'm fed up of following with customer care there has been no resolution. @airtelindia

    @anantvijay @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even I am struggling with my airtel postpaid network.. signal is very poor and my phone network very frequently going off network saying emergency call only... this is pathetic. I'm having this issue since last 10 days

    @airtelindia WHAT IS WRONG WITH U GUYS! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT U GUYS TO STOP AND DISCONTINUE MY WIFI CONNECTION BECAUSE I'M PERMANENTLY SHIFTING, BUT, I'M NOT RECIVING THAT CONFIRMATION CALL FROM YOU PEOPLE , THAT UR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SAYS WILL COME TO CONTINUE.

    If you are living in city like shimla and you have airtel .It will be the most stupidest thing you can do cause airtel doesn’t have good services even in 5G or 4G network you have full signal, but you have zero speed of Internet and Calling drops worst network @airtelindia

    Your technicians used to close the complaint without contacting or visiting homes of the user. Our internet connection is not working since two days and you are doing nothing@airtelcares . Services going down day by day. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My complaint is pending since April 2026 even after escalating to higher officials. I never expected this from Airtel. Expecting resolution ASAP.
