Like @ACTFibernet is not reachable for the customers. I felt @airtelindia is best when it comes to customer service. FYI - I'm posting it publicly after DM to ACT and no use of it.

@Airtel_Presence Pathetic Service, issue isn't resolved in last 5 days. I am not able to connect to internet. Not getting any support from customer care as well. The engineers haven't visited yet. @airtelindia

In last one year, I had experience that @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has lot of system related issues and, I am convinced that #Airtel is incompetent in resolving it. Only implementing AI to answer customers will not work. @DoT_India they really need good tech expert

@airtelindia worst service unable to work from home. Why do you do false promises? I took the connection because the engineer told it was fiber and on the day of installation they told fiber is not yet setup in my place he promised me it will be fixed in a month.
