    Still no proper response by @airtelindia shows the level of service. I pay almost Rs 14000 a year to these guys for their WiFi, and this is the level of service. Now, I won’t pay my bill this month till my money is refunded, and make sure to get rid of their expensive Internet.

    Paying for Airtel's highest WiFi plan and getting 3 days of outage, endless complaints, and silence in return. Same building, two houses, one line works, the other doesn't. You charge interest if I'm late by a day, but there's no accountability when you fail to deliver service for days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Don't opt Airtel Store,A-1/2,Block N4,IRC Village, Nayapalli, BBSR, Odisha 751015. Their employee don't know how to behave and interact with customer. Full rude behave even if the mistake at their side. They will blame customer only at all case. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    So after taking number in DM no one responder @reliancejio @JioCare 3 day old connection with frequent disconnect. Finally said bye bye to jio and taken @airtelindia . Prompt service. Engineer came on time. Jio team you and your team should learn respecting time of customer.

    Hi @airtelindia , how long would it take for your customer care to disconnect a wifi and take the router back? You send your monthly bills on my email id and when I am raising a service request from the same email id - the automated response says email id is unregistered.

    I have been facing internet issues on daily basis, constantly receive messages like " We are currently experiencing temporary issues with JioAirFiber services in your area , either fix this or I will cancel my subscription. @JioCare , I might even switch to @airtelindia .

    @airtelindia is one of the scammesters in the telecom industry in india, increasing values of recharge plans day by day and the network connectivity is downgrading day by day, if you are not able to provide the proper networks why are you lootung people?
