Hi @airtelindia , I have raised a request to shift my connection which should get resolve within 24 hours but now its been more than 56 hours and no update, when I'm calling customer care they are saying we are escalating you request, and u will get call within 2 hours. #airtel

@airtelindia The customer care number (121) is no good now. As the IVR takes you on annoying puzzle of sort trying to get to an actual person to talk to. It takes several attempts before you can manage to get the option to talk to an executive

Internet connectivity from so called fast 4G network provider @airtelindia still sucks in most part of the country. In my village, laluhi, bahraich, U.P. We are facing poor connection since many years and complained multiple times but no one resolved the issue

I am staying abroad and there is only one way to connect with my parents by internet call. For that my dad have to go on first floor and there also we can't make a simple internet call. We recharge the plan at time, then @airtelindia duty to fix the connectivity problem also asap

It is so frustrating that after buying @airtelindia so called fast 4G plan even I can't make a simple call using watsapp due to poorest network in my village, laluhi, bahraich, U.P. . I made complain last time around 3 months ago and still problem not resolved.
