However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for more than 10 years and currently use three Airtel numbers. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly raising service requests, the network issues remain unresolved. Frequent call drops, poor voice quality, and weak data connectivity have made it difficult to rely on your services. As a long-term customer, I expected much better support and accountability from Airtel. My patience is now wearing thin, and if this issue continues unresolved, I will be left with no option but to seriously consider porting all my numbers to another service provider. I request your immediate intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest. If network coverage in my area is inadequate, please conduct a site survey and consider installing a network booster/extender to improve service quality.
