@airtelindia 4th time in the last 30 odd days that my enterprise fiber connection went down. It goes down for 7-8 hours at a stretch. Airtel promptly messages to say the connection is restored. But how about compensation for this downtime? Should I be paying for no service days?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst technical team who are not interested to attend the customer even it is corporate number. Complain lodged on 11.12.2020 for frequent call drop( every 1-3 minutes) but still no response.although tower is already inside the residential complex.

So i've heard airtel wants to give good service eh?? Well @airtelindia , frankly speaking, ur roaming is ****!! I am wasting extra data by switching to roaming data and i still dont get good speed.. i dont think this is good. So i hope u can tweak some settings, can u?
