    Dear @airtelindia Why does raising a complaint on your 121 register a request for new connection? I was trying for a new conn. which is denied by technician citing bandwidth crunch but sales guy doesn’t cancel the request & get me a refund. Each 121 call creates a new conn req

    @airtelindia I was a happy customer using Airtel WiFi for last 10+yrs in Chennai 600041 But 4 d last few months many of us in this area r facing frequent network issues, no solution Last 3days no WiFi but no resolution yet. Cust care,airtel thanks App r useless to put it bluntly

    @airtelindia What kind of network are you providing? We don’t even get enough network to utilize 1% of our daily data—that’s how poor the connectivity is. And this isn’t some remote location. This is Nanakramguda, Kokapet, one of the prime areas of Hyderabad.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago This is extremely frustrating, especially because I am an existing Airtel customer with Airtel Wi-Fi and cable services. I am trying to add an IPTV connection, yet I am made to repeatedly follow up and spend considerable time on calls without receiving a proper resolution.

    @airtelindia Airtel is one of the worst service provider in Kothrud Rambaug colony. They don't even respond to the complaints properly. For last six months I am paying the bills without network. Only if you go out you can avail Airtel. Appreciate the worst services of Airtel

    @airtelindia my yearly plan expired 2 days ago and today you’ve blocked ALL incoming calls & SMS. As per TRAI norms, incoming should stay active for a grace period post-expiry. This is unacceptable, resolve this matter immediately. @airtelindia this feels customer exploitation.
