@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Issue with landline number 01762-429706. 4 months old issue. INR 3100 refund should be generated but no one is caring to calling back. Last satisfactory call was with #ShivamNarang, was supposed to reach me around 15 days back, again no response 1/3

@airtelindia The question is, why no recharge option to customer under 50 Rs to avail incoming call facility. At least talk time of 50 Rs plan should be available or somr plan should be available under 50 Rs in smart recharge category to avail incoming facility.

@airtelindia changed your plans but didn't give any information to the customers. Yesterday I recharged with 79 but unable to send text message. I called customer care, they are saying that I have to recharge for unlimited calls plan? To send one text message do I spend Rs129?
