    @airtelindia is silent to my allegations, means answer is simple airtel is forcing it's employees to convert prepaid customers to postpaid. I guess it's time to say #byebyeairtel I will make sure to convert all my remaining sims to other service providers. #thanksairtel

    I request @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence to reopen this complaint and provide a fair resolution. Failing which, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer and telecommunications grievance redressal mechanisms available under law. (7/7)

    Utterly disappointing service! I need to connect with your customercare team regarding an issue with esim for a phone in international travel but unable to talk to anyone except for the AI bots on your customer helpline number. This inspite of being black customer! @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what the nonsense service centre. I can't call to you about my problem chatbot not working due to internet connection issue. Only money loot rascal better to switch to other network

    @airtelindia My wifi has not been wrking since d last 24h & u guys keep increasing the deadline like it's nothing. u'll charge a late fee if a customer doesn't pay on time but ur service will be unavlble but u wont pay fine bt u'll charge full month bill. Keep looting customers.

    Before buying a broadband connection, ask one question: "Who do I contact when it stops working?" Because that's when the real customer experience begins. 3 days and counting no fix on wifi and just fake words tomorrow they will do it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Amravati

    Please dont select Airtel for wifi and DTH. This is not normal because of this i was returned to office 30 kms away. It was hectic day for me. All these because people of airtel not responded. @airtelindia please consider this. Otherwise. People will choose the right network.
