    @airtelindia why are your wifi services always down ? We are paying for a monthly package and if it's down you should deduct the downtime amount , but yeah I know you have to print out a bill which costs half , because it's down most of the day, time to switch to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The problem has not yet been resolved. I am not able to buy medicines as I cannot receive or send any messages and calls to anyone. So many otps, work calls are ruined. Resolve asap.

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    @airtelindia Dear Team my wifi with Landline number 01141684094 is not working , on daily basis wifi is disconnecting for long hours , matter most urgent please and requested to do the permanent solution to this issue, else we will close the connection amd go for Jio

    @airtelindia no support for dth. 656345135 ticket open for 4 th day, no response. Pls disconnect and stop charging if you cannot support. Escalation channel is also useless

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_india I contacted customer care again and was assured that my issue would be resolved within 24 hours.I waited as requested, but the problem is still unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this service delay and am now considering switching to JioFiber due to the lack of support.

    @airtelindia, enough of the bot responses, I was done with my recharge but unable make calls, I tried to contact customer service. I got the same response repeatedly. Don’t you have any human agents in your customer support? It says the issue will be resolved by June 5th? Wtf
