@airtelindia The Airtel broadband was not working from 12-Oct.(Location: Cochin) Raised request, still it was not resolved. Very worst customer service from Airtel. As I paid in advance I don't have provision to get my money back.

Since last 10 days I am continuously requesting, calling and emailing for merging my airtel DTH ID 3030936138 with my other ID, but airtel DTH employees are unable to do anything. I have never seen such poor service anywhere. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia I have recharged my DTH on 5 October. I am still waiting for my connection to turn on. Your customer care is saying it will take 7 days more. So is this how your are efficient in your services. A customer is waiting for 20 days to turn on his connection?

@airtelindia I got a sim replaced with a new one. I was told 4 hrs all it takes for activation. It's been more than 12 hrs now and both sims are not working. @airtelindia is moving on to 5g is it? 4 calls since morning and no solution yet. Shameful @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Sorry checked the message late as you're aware, no @airtelindia wifi service which i paid for is available to me... Also, the DM said I'll get a call between 8AM and 9AM for resolution. I didn't. I tried the number given as part of your resolution, no one picked up.
