    @anilca95 @airtelindia The best solution to all your problems is to change the vendor. Airtel to Jio. Airtel services going down in MV Phase1 area and Engineers also avoid having service requests.

    In this sense #airtel is way better must say. @airtelindia jio is worst. Can't even solve a small prob over phone and also technicians won't visit as well. Worst bc. #Jiodown

    Airtel has the worst customer support and service of all time! Such callous and rude behaviour for such a big company is appalling ! With no resolution from customer service , this has been the most infuriating process! @airtelindia

    @lexilier_ @airtelindia Damn, support loops are real. If you can, cancel via the MyAirtel app or mail a written request with your account details, then ask for a confirmation SMS. What exact wording does their support use when you get stuck?
