    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Respect sir/madam, I hav done the recharge of rupee 249 on my airtel no.8454917697 But the recharge was done on wrong no.8454917397 due to the mistake of reatailer can u divert that recharge on my no or give some suggestions for this problem.

    I'm unable to complete my @airtelindia prepaid recharge on #AirtelThanks app. The app prompted to complete KYC to complete recharge. But, I completed my KYC long ago consequent to which I was given access to banking section of the app. Pls, fix this bug and do the needful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can I have someone who understands the issue work on this fix instead so someone sending me generic messages like reinstalling the app and sharing error screenshot though I have made it very clear that I don't see XStream premium plan in my account?

    @airtelindia I keep getting payment due email even though I've cleared the dues. No customer care executive calls me back to resolve the issue. Mails says services will be stopped. Can you look into this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Being a customer centric company I never expected your advisor to go extra mile to solve my issue.He took my number and give me a call from his personal number at 11PM.Privacy doesn't matter, neither a customer's problem. WAY TO GO.

    @airtelindia You put the bar my outgoing services even after paying my bill. Asked to pay again. Wahh!!! Issue was not cleared even after making a complaint {last month}. Great!!!!
