  @airtelindia, I have been using 5g unlimited data plan on my phone. The phone is 5g and the network is 5g but the data is getting consumed from my given daily data quota. This is my 3rd time reporting this issue. It gets fixed for a while and goes back to the same. Fix the ASAP.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago Hello Airtel.....seems like you are suffering from Oversubscription and that's why you are not bothered to solve customer issues which are directly proportional to value against Service. This was my biggest mistake that I had taken Airfiber connection

  @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I had made a payment of ₹500 for IPTv, I hve been an airtel black customer, till now there has been no assignment of technician or any call when they are going to install it. Each time I call your airtel customer care, they provide false promises

  @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Same issue is with @JioCare Air fiber. Customer care representative just say we are sorry , we are resolving it , our technical team is already solving etc They just need money and later they don't respond

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to raise a complaint that my house Wi-Fi is not working since yesterday and finding all ways to fix it but not happening. Even the customer care is not supporting on it. Could you try to resolve it faster, all my works are held up.
