    @airtelindia Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in  Hathyadka   village, Dakshina Kannada District. Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, residents face difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Tower site photo attached. Eagerly awaiting the network. Thanking you.     When Airtel came to Goa , the started luring customers with offers and trying to create a monopoly from regional Ethernet provider. Last 2 months, showed the true colour. Wi-Fi is almost down every third day and no proper customer service @airtelindia

    If this issue still remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups, contradictory explanations, and unauthorized billing, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter through the consumer grievance and legal channels. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @gopalvittal

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ur WiFi services face outage very often and it takes unreasonable time 2 get it back. This is becoming chronic. Do you even have a system to rectify it once and for all. This is 2nd time in less than a weeks time. Last time it to 3 days to sort out.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence stop spreading false information to customers. Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia . My 79yr old father is severely ill & confined to bed. His SIM card is damaged, & the store is barely 4km away, yet we are told home service isn't possible. How can a senior citizen get a replacement? Please escalate & help. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel India has the worst customer service in the world, Even poor countries telecom companies have better services than Airtel, they will not attend any call or respond on your complaint, I am going to disconnect all Airtel services.

    My WiFi is down and @airtelindia support can't help until 7 AM because their apps are down. This doesn't work for my night shifts! Really disappointed with the service. 📵 #Airtel
