    🙏@JioCare I've been facing poor internet service for a long time despite multiple complaints.I've also added add-on & OTT recharges,but the service hasn't improved.Plz resolve this urgently -otherwise I'll have no option but to switch providers, options like @airtelindia etc...

    @airtelindia feeling harassed since 5 days. I have bundled package with Airtel black. since 14June DTH not working, complaint no 656947079/656951683.No technician visit planned, no communication from senior executives. Pathetic customer care. Call center 121 ineffective.

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my WiFi down for 12 hours. WFH is impossible. Customer care wants 2 days to send a technician.i alredy lost today, I cannot lose 2 working days. Fix this TODAY or consider this my official request to cancel the connection and take everything back.
