@airtelindia : My Internet is not working from morning.I complaint at 11:00 am and received a message that technician will visit between 12:00 to 2:00. Noone Visited my flat and request was automatically closed at 13:53.Completely disgusting service.Same thing happened in past😡

@airtelindia Raised an SR on 26 of August and yet to hear from you, The resolution date shows September 11, Seriously? Two weeks to understand the problem? An executive called me on 31st and closed the SR forcefully. Sorry to say I'm not happy with your customer support.

@airtelindia Not getting proper 4G properly throughout the day. You are speaking about 5G. People who call on my airtel network always complain "What kind of a connection is this,every time your voice is breaking".🤦

It's very shameful service from @airtelindia even after 20 days... network issue not resolved even in metro city...half of society ported to VI and jio... waiting for monthly recharge to end...soon will port...go to hell @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I subscribed for DTH connection 5 days back and paid amount for DTH box. However, till date the DTH connection not provided, every time I call Airtel cc, I get assurance that engineer will visit tomorrow and same is said the next day, poor service!
