  No surprise OTT benefits from @airtelindia app anre easy to claim and impossible to cancel. They will redirect to service who will redirect back to Airtel The website, IVR, chat bot only exist to tell you to use the app or visit store.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since 14/05/2026, the issue is still unresolved. Your team called multiple times, but nobody visited to fix it, and the complaint was closed without resolution. Very poor and frustrating service experience.

  @Airtel_Presence 10 years with Airtel and still got ghosted in DM without any resolution. Worst customer care service. @JioCare is far better when it comes to customer support. People should think twice before buying Airtel services. Very Disappointing @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am currently travelling out of india and on a standard roaming pack to receive SMS... need to send an outgoing sms and connect to mobile data for 2 mins... did a recharge of 120 rupees, but not working. Can you please help! urgent!!

  Never had this much of issue with Airtel but this is getting worse, The guy who came home for Airtel WiFi seems to don’t care after he only cancelled our service and then never replied back! Airtel doesn’t have a customer support system! All broken @airtelindia

  @MUKESH456130 @airtelindia Fiberisation for every tower at present is very hard for rural areas, as it js very costly. So mobile operators uses Microlink to provide 5G in villages. If you want to HOST/Generate lead for mew airtel tower, then go OPEN NETWORK, and share your feedback by GPS problematic area

  Hi @airtelindia I’m facing issue with my wifi for whole day today. I’ve been trying to connect with customer care but it just gets disconnected after IVR. I’ve been facing this issue for so long and there’s no help from your side. Is this how Airtel abandons it’s customers?
