@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is down since afternoon. Raised a ticket, but yet to receive any response. Ticket says an engnr will be allocated tomorrow anoon, i.e 24 hours after issues is reported. In all previous instances issue got rectified within 30-60 mins

@airtelindia I have registered my complain on Friday (4/92020) regarding the internet connection at my home. Still no one have visited for service. I went again to the airtel to ask what happened they gave me someone's contact to call them for service. No proper response.

Ridiculous customer service by @airtelindia proves that it doesn't value it's customers; if one recharges by mistake another number instead of one he/she wanted to do, then they can't revert it. That's why I'll be closing all my prepaid/postpaid accounts with #airtel .
