    All I needed was internet shifted from one house to another. My new house is just one floor above. I am still waiting. The scheduled date was March 14th. @airtelindia I have called customer care multiple times. No use. What is this?!

    Airtel Black claims they claims dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days when I call their call centre they will reply today will resolve tmr will resolve like kinde of false commitment. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
