@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a way to talk to the support team? I’ve tried 121 around 10 times, still no luck, the IVR options doesn’t direct me to a representative. This is annoying and frustrating. Expecting to have a call back arranged.

Its recommended not to purchase FASTag from @airtelbank. They will block it anytime though you have money in it and you are using. A very bad experience and poor customer care. They have given sufficient reason to close all accounts from @airtelindia broadband and mobile service.
