    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I bought Airtel Fiber Xtreme in Jan 2022. And at that time we asked for airtel landline and your representative said landline service will be available in 2-3 months & now we are close to year end but still landline service is not available

    Paying ₹799/month for @airtelindia broadband but getting the worst experience for gaming! My connection is stuck on a restricted CGNAT IP (100.148.x.x) causing Strict NAT issues on PC. Fix this backend routing immediately or I will disconnect! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I submitted a request on July 12, 2026, to add IPTV to my current broadband service. I was informed that the SLAfor this request is 24 to 48 hours. However, after nearly 10 days, there has been no progress on my request, nor has it been canceled

    @airtelindia Mrs Jyoti prajapti from your customer care has been harassing on call for dues where internet services where not provided. She threatens to charge rent even when i ask for disconnection. Have call recorded. Request to share email id to drop a mail.

    @airtelindia @AFiber3150 I have paid for 6 months wifi charges in advance. However your service is pathetic, every now and then your wifi doesn't work due to technical reasons.
