    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I bought Airtel Fiber Xtreme in Jan 2022. And at that time we asked for airtel landline and your representative said landline service will be available in 2-3 months & now we are close to year end but still landline service is not available

    Imagine not even being able to share your internet with your own family members or connecting your computer/ laptop on your own hotspot😒 that too while you're paying full money for it and recieve such bad service and slow internet in return. @airtelindia still has the audacity to do this 👇🏻

    @airtelindia. I need a straightforward answer to this. I use hotspot while driving or on a long trip, to connect to my laptop or my kids tab. Are you blocking the hotspot? I don't want to get stranded or looking for Wifi while on travel. Respond with clear policies, or the impact of this new policy change. Regards, A concerned customer, having family postpaid for 2 decades with Airtel.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Airtel. My previous issues remain completely unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of effective customer support makes the service an absolute waste of time and financial resources. @airtelindia

Paying ₹2500/month for such poor service is unacceptable. If not fixed, I’ll switch to another network. Please resolve ASAP. #Airtel
