@airtelindia Reporting from kalyan airtel gallery. Your person took 100 rs charge to change the sim card which was not working to a newer sim, a day before yday. And assured me the sim will get activated in 2 hrs. It's been 48 hrs I could nt use the new sim. What kind of service?

@airtelindia if your service is better than @JioCare for Fiber broadband and you promise that you will send ur engineer same day to resolve the issue. Not like Jio who doesn’t care about it’s old customer anymore. I will switch to Airtel.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India I’m not trying to exaggerate the issue. It’s almost impossible to get customers issue resolved on airtel platform. Customer care routes to app and app routes complain back to CC. This is a vicious circle.@airtelindia could you provide a resolution.
