    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I bought Airtel Fiber Xtreme in Jan 2022. And at that time we asked for airtel landline and your representative said landline service will be available in 2-3 months & now we are close to year end but still landline service is not available

    @airtelindia Airtel will soon go down the drain. It's no less than Taliban mentality. You have doubled up the charges of 28 days validity from 23 to 49 and now to 79. And to top it up, you are not even providing the SMS sending facility to the subscriber. It's completely Draconian...

    Never take post paid broadband from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should name itself as airtel_absence. Customer service is pathetic, I was told refund will be done in 45 days.Still refund is not generated. It will take another 15 days.What for? Service Request id also not given
