    Hi @airtelindia , I have an existing Xstream Fiber connection and now I request for Xstream Box but i was being told that this service is not available in your location. How come fiber is available but not this. However no complain as the fiber service is extremely good. Regards

    I have committed a grave mistake by buying a new @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sim on December 18, despite one horrible experience in the past decade. Still waiting for service activation. Strictly NOT recommended.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I raised this concern on Tuesday and it’s already Friday without so much as a phone call or a message to update me on this issue. All I get are messages that I will get an update ‘soon’. I would like a refund to be processed on this without any further delays

    @airtelindia Team I don’t know why it’s taking this much longer time to fix my issue I raised my concern on 20th December at 6:30 and it’s 23rd December still no solution just fix this issue next time I will never ask you to do that, I will port my number to another service provider.
