    Poor mobile connectivity in Hafaluting, Sivasagar, Assam has persisted for years. Just 10–12 km from town, Airtel and Jio barely work. Everyone depends on mobile data. Why is this still unresolved? Authorities must act now and ensure a permanent solution.@airtelindia @JioCare

    Absolutely pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. It’s been 10 DAYS since I raised this issue, and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION. Every time I switch to Star Sports HD 1 Hindi, the screen just shows a loading icon with constant flickering.

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    @airtelindia Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My Airtel Black hasn’t been working for the past 2 weeks. Neither the service center nor customer care has provided any support. I finally decided to discontinue the service.
