Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

Worst experience with airtel broadband. I changed my modem because of connectivity issues but now it's gone worst. I think Airtel is not able to solve customer queries. I'll suggest we must wust switch and save our time & money. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your network is getting poor day by in NIT Jalandhar campus since last 4 months. It very difficult to talk properly. In the campus, there are around 8k people and now many of them wants to port the number. Let me know how to port it ?

Due to introduction of 5G, 4G internet speed has reduced a lot why are you reducing 4G speed I am using 4G mobile now Internet speed on my airtel mobile number is very slow since last 15 days, internet speed and call Droop is happening continuously @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
