    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    That other number was not the first one in my list either; there is no logical reason for it to be auto selected. I want reversal of the data pack which I cant use any more. Its a pathetic experience calling customer care as well @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @pib_comm why there is so much breakdown in airtel wifi connection in Mahavir Enclave Part-1 area despite paying heavily internet plans we still don't get stable network today also internet is not working since 4 hour & modi ji asked us to work from home

    @airtelindia You failed to solve the shifting connection forore than week, i request you to cancel my service ( Broadband and Post paid) . I will pay the bill from bill date to that date which i stop using your service.

    @airtelindia The registered mobile number for my DTH id - 3050347140 has been changed without my request and consent on 12th May. I have called the customer support and sent multiple emails but there has been response and no resolution. @jagograhakjago…Request you intervention.

    I have already vacated my previous residence and no longer require the Airtel WiFi connection linked to my account. Despite requests, the connection is still active. Kindly arrange disconnection/cancellation of the broadband service and remove WiFi. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : Opted for One Airtel plan. DTH is supposed to be installed. Assigned engineer not picking up the phone. Called numerous times. Please help ASAP
