    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is very disappointing that the promotional coupon provided by airtel is not being redeemed.I contacted customer care 3 times but no resolution were given except assurance. It seems that providing promotional coupon is just a publicity stunt only.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised yesterday for problem in broadband connection. But still the issue has not been solved. Is this kind of service you provide.

    @airtelindia Broadband no : 044102634616_tn Im a airtel black customer , since i have to shift my house, where there is no feasability, i requested customer care to terminate my broadband connection and to shift the dth . The connection was not terminated , im getting billed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi guys, all of sudden experiencing network issues and data speed issues. Till an hour back all was ok. Please check for Locality Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West,Mumbai. Getting 1bar on the network with speed around 3mbps.tks

    @airtelindia - Airtel lines / internet down since morning - this is probably 4th time in last 10 days, Internet down for hours. Multiple complaints of no use. Can someone in Airtel take heed pls ??
