Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

@airtelindia I took #Airtel wifi connection last month and it did not even work for single day. So I called customer care after 7th or 8th attempt I was able to talk with customer support and ask to disconnect the wifi and refund all advanced I paid. Even after 40 days I did not got any rfund

To directly call and talk to them only the worst bot chat which doesn’t know what to reply no solution is being found and @airtelindia tells its the best in India???? Is this your service??? If not stop posting ads because your company doesn’t have proper customer service.

After porting to your network my watsapp not working. I will port again if my watsapp. You can understand how important watsapp is. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia don't able to talk with customer care even. Regret for leaving jio and chosing airtel

@ViCustomerCare Dear vi both @JioCare and @airtelindia failed to fix network issues in my area even after many complaints. If you install a tower here, I guarantee at least 1000 people in our apartment will happily switch to Vi. Jio and Airtel are just not working anymore.

Tried calling @airtelindia customer support (121/198). Got stuck in AI hell, finally reached IVR, pressed 9, then "Insufficient balance to make this call". My plan's validity is till Aug 15. Now we gotta PAY to talk to support? What kind of scam is this? @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Around 50 phone calls to 121.. conversations with the “supervisor” on call on 121 (they are busier than probably the PM of this country (so difficult for them to find time to even talk to a airtel black customer) .. emails to regional manager of airtel.Nothing helps
