    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    @airtelindia As someone whose work completely depends on internet, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Lost valuable time, work, and trust. Switching to a better service provider now. Airtel, you really need to fix your customer support.

    AIRTEL FIBER DOWN from over 10 Hrs, no local tech support, no application support,is this the way the No. 2 Network Provider in India gonna survive in a smart city like Indore. Very disgusting service, don’t buy airtel . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I've been facing repeated service disruptions & challenges over last 2 months in Gurgaon, Haryana. Such prolonged negligence and poor customer support are unacceptable. Kindly escalate this matter immediately with resolution along with appropriate compensation. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, my ₹349 recharge includes Unlimited 5G Data, but my daily 2GB is still being deducted. I use a Samsung Galaxy *** 5G, and 5G signal is available. Unlimited 5G worked before this recharge. Please resolve this issue urgently.
