    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    Fed up with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic network. Every day the same slow internet, poor connectivity, and zero accountability. What's the point of paying premium charges for such terrible service? Porting out is the only option left

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pls note I am an Airtel customer and would like to bring to your attention the poor network coverage at my location. I have been experiencing frequent call drops, difficulty in making and receiving calls, and very slow internet browsing.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today I visited the your customer center shop. Reached at 7.20 PM, shop close time is 7.30. Still your team say NO. I was having critical issues of NO SIM & resolution was needed for urgency. Really worst service.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia service. Paid ₹1500 on 17 June for a WiFi + TV plan. WiFi was installed on 18 June, but the Set Top Box is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with the Kasba Nabapally Airtel store have resulted in no resolution. Need immediate assistance. #airtel

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @airtelnews Poor army, now they will run around for network. As a priority customer, I am try hard to get proper network and speed. @airtelindia @airtelnews are you not ashamed to give **** service in the name of "priority"???
