Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

@airtelindia yesterday my wifi was not working and i called up a local airtel serviceman and he was so rude initially that i told him that i am going to complain about you. He then started abusing me very badly. Is this the type of customer service you provide?
