    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    I initiated MNP request 2 port frm BSNL to Airtel.The scheduled porting time was May 9th 23:22. It has been over 1 hrs, but my BSNL SIM is still active & receiving calls,while myAirtel SIM is not working.Pls look into this transition issue urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

    At present in India, @airtelindia is the only true 5G network, @reliancejio sucks. Even at exact same point, airtel works like a bullet train whereas jio struggle to maintain even 4G speed. V! and BSNL were never in the competition.

    @airtelindia Its been 4 days now btw. @airtelindia doesnt care. They just setup bots on X chat, toll free line and app to move the deadline 8hr ahead everytime I check. Being in a top tier city and not having an eta for my internet issue is a scam.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Looks like airtel people are getting iptv from US . Also when calling customer team they are saying request no updating in their Database. What is going on with Airtel .

    Extremely horrible service by @airtelindia i requested for wifi installation 4 days ago, and they took payment of Rs400 once, and Rs1500 another time. Nobody has come for the installation, even though I contact #airtelcustomercare 8 times. @jagograhakjago @Airtel
