    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    @airtelindia In My postpaid mobile no. OUTGOING SMS is not working since 20 days. I complaint on 19th Aug & received resolution message on 26th but in vain. Every time I am told it has been escalated and to be resolved in 4 hrs. Even today just now I was told to wait for 24 hrs.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I am trying to report a critical duplicate SIM and ownership issue, and your team hasn't even created a Service Request (SR) yet, let alone provided a proper response. This is a massive security flaw. Escalate immediately.Especially for NRI

    I raised a complaint about my caller tune issue long ago. Whenever I activate a caller tune, callers hear only blank/ silent audio. When I deactivate it, they hear the normal ringing. Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia

    Airtel thanks app is a scam. Money has been debited from my account but the relevant plan is still not activated for more than 36 hours! Kindly refund my money asap. This is a horrible experience. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Extremely frustrated with your network! I recently ported in and recharged for an entire year, only to face constant call drops and no internet connectivity. Regretting the switch already. Please fix this ASAP!

    Airtel wifi must have to the worst service I've seen for any product! I've been calling their customer service for days now. My internet is not working. They keep telling me they they'll resolve it yet nothing happens!!! I don't know if it's like this everywhere in India but it's really bad in Kochi. @airtelindia
