    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    @airtelnews Hey, I've got @airtelindia wifi and it came with a Jio Hotstar subscription, but I haven't been able to claim it for five months. I've complained like 20 times, but they just close my tickets and the problem's still there.

    Dear @airtelindia your network is down in my area for more than 3 hours, still no response from your team. If I count all downtimes in a month it should be more than 3 days. I want my revised bill with cost of downtime waived off!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am postpaid priority customer. But not getting any signal in places where there is no 5G where my Mom is getting signal and able to make/receive calls and messages. what us this. improve your 5G coverage first.
