    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    @airtelindia why is the Airtel app so fuckall & difficult to navigate?I want to change my xstream plan from 100 to 40Mbps but on the app it's only showing me plans starting from 100Mbps & above.Why is that?Plus the chatbot is totally useless & there's no other way to access help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my friend was using your company's number 9915159998 since many years.....it was suddenly stopped without informing in any way.....the number was being used regularly....highly unsatisfied with it. Kindly resolve the issue....

    Extremely disappointing Customer service from Airtel India. It's been 2 months now and still they aint able to resolve my esim issue. No proper responce from Airtel store and airtel Twitter handle. Looks like switching is the only option! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia hi team, I have raised a request for a DTH connection Customer id:- 3049767343. for today but your ground level team rescheduled the installation date without my confirmation also your Engineer Mr. Satish Gupta 9807350153, behaviour is not good

    @airtelindia you guys are cheaters. You cannot give good network and not even let us port to other sim providers & without giving any info as to who they are and why they are calling they gave instructions to my mother and she cancelled the port & now i have to pay the charges

    @airtelindia From last 6 month every day there is SMS came for improve service our technical team work on isse and my airtel X stream fibre connection stop working. When will your service improve? And when will we get Unintrupted net connection?
