    Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your team has put WiFi in safe custody with 90 days free period, but now sending bill for safe custody charges - including DTH. Pathetic experience from customer service. No email id to contact, no other way to connect w/o waiting 20 min on call.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have formally submitted my complaint and no one has reached out to me after the initial engagement. If I have to seek legal advice for not offering me basic service, that would be my next step. Please see the screenshot of the last DMs.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now Airtel has stopped sending postpaid bills to my registered email address. This is the first time, this has happened & I want this to be fixed at the earliest. I can't always want to get the same using the Airtel Thanks application. Please help

    @airtelindia Airtel: DISCONNECTING PEOPLE We registered your ticket with ref no. CLCQU3EST20260506531090 dated 06-may-2026 16:41 for your Airtel number 7070264484. You will receive an update for this ticket by 21-MAY-26. Nothing received. Nothing resolved. HORRIBLE.

    @airtelindia has still not taken any action regarding my complaint, even after 10 days. Moreover, their employees are speaking in a rude and disrespectful manner. I request Airtel to refund my ₹1500 to the number 9922751656 and take back their connection immediately.

    If this issue is not resolved through a reasonable reduction/waiver, I will be forced to escalate the matter to consumer forum and TRAI complaint channels, as I request Airtel to immediately review the account, remove unnecessary charges and @airtelindia @TrainingMindful
