  Sooooo nice of @Airtel_Presence to call me within 10 minutes(Not asked my no. in dm). Not only they fox the lang issue but they have arranged an Er to fix my dth issue too. Never imagined support would be this good and fast. Kudos guys @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Bought an IR Pack that works as beautifully as your customer care - not at all. Complained multiple times but zero resolution. Billing works flawlessly though. So the only active service is taking money? Never gonna recommend to even my worst enemies.

  @airtelindia Internet down since Saturday in Pune. LOS red light blinking. Complaints getting closed without resolution. No technician visit yet. Need urgent fix. Extremely poor service.

  Going by perspectives the most useless network in the whole of Nigeria has to be @AirtelNigeria @airtelindia cos I don't know how these ************* God forsaken network has made me loose business
