Pallab Choudhury (@Mr_choudhury16) reported@airtelindia “There’s no network issue,” “it happens sometimes,” or “it’ll be resolved in 4 hours.” Today, instead of actually resolving the problem, I was suggested a ₹449 + GST “priority postpaid” plan. So the solution to poor network and call quality is apparently to pay more?

Sundar (@Sundar9122024) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence During the installation, your technician only told me about the ₹599 plan and never mentioned any extra ₹350 for DTH. Now I am getting a much higher bill. Please clarify and fix this! My ID/Account Number: 0463432885092

nishant (@gyaan_random) reported@airtelindia, on your app, there is no way to check the data usage for your wifi. On the app, it literally says unlimited, but in reality there is a 1000GB cap for AirFiber. And they will cap your speed at 2 Mbps when you cross this data usage. Apparently you can call the customer care and add a data top up which is 500GB for INR 300. I did that. But after using it for ~10/12 hours, my speed is again below ~2 Mbps. And I'm pretty sure that I have not even consumed 50GB. Airtel, why can't you be more transparent about this: 1. Just say that the cap is 1000GB; why say "unlimited" when it's not 2. Just show the consumption and the current data usage on the app 3. Give an option to transfer data from postpaid to broadband. I litterally have hundred of GBs rolling over in postpaid, but I still have to pay for wifi data. I'm sure these are not major asks. Be a better customer centric company.
