@Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia the minute I marked my issue resolve the internet stopped working. My plan activated is 40mbps, they made me pay for 100mbps plan in regards to refund rest of the amount, which I have not received yet. CC: @TRAI

@JioCare from last 4 months I am facing very bad internet service from the name of 4G I am facing 1G on my 4G Jio sim card when I call to your customer service centre same answer comes everytime we are looking into it What looking in to I am going to port in to @airtelindia
