    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I cooperated with them and paid the entire bill. Now again on this month they have added the same amount again and asked me to pay the same. This is simply a looting and harrassing customer. This is your customer orientation or satisfaction policy?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been 3 days since I raised SR: 133765458 for my broadband issue and still it's not resolved. During these WFH scenario can u imagine w/o net for two days ?? Terrible !!!

    Very bad customer service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia always make execuse of "sir please change your sim card and take a duplicate sim from nearest airtel store." Disgusting! @consumerforum_ please have a look on it. They are providing worst service.
