just like DND and other services. Unless a customer himself opts for FLASH message the company shall not activate this service. This practise of @airtelindia & their poor service/issue resolution is making the dream of digitaleconomy tough to achieve. @TRAI kindly help. (5/5)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Black service engineers are not skilled, they commit time just to timepass. They don't want to work I guess. Airtel should hire skilled technicians at earliest otherwise u will fail miserably in this competition.
