BSNL removed 3G network from 1st Jan, 2026 so @airtelindia telecom network also remove the 2G/3G services immediately. We have paying 4G call/data rates for 2G and 3G Network @TRAI @Dot_India

@airtelindia It’s really very pathetic service by Airtel. Even I recharged my account, I can’t see TV channels. My services yet not resumed. It’s a loss of my money. The kind of service you are providing is hilarious & pathetic. Your competitor Tata Sky is much better than u.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a pathetic customer service. I purchased Rs1499 Amazon prime subscription through #airtelthanksapp on 31 Dec 25. Not only you failed to activate the service, you also cancel it without my knowledge and without refunds.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what happened to complain id:11022172249. The entitlement _id given for my Airtel Black account is activated for Amazon prime subscription of some other customer with phone no ending with '21'. Smelling FRAUD No resolution since last 5 days.
