  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service! Paid ₹3600 for new Airtel DTH on April 18 (Req ID: A09YE5K542R) but still NO installation after 10 days. Customer care keeps “escalating” with no action. Technician not responding at all. Is this how you treat new customers?

  Hey @airtelindia You’re services are pathetic. You’re employee don’t even answer my calls now. your customer care number is not available for managing my problem . They’ll call only if you are disconnecting the connection otherwise not bothered at all.

  @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi is working very slow on one specific phone, while the same phone works perfectly fine on other Wi-Fi networks. Your engineers have visited but are unable to resolve the issue. Please escalate this and provide a proper resolution at the earliest

  Dear @airtelindia Thank you for providing the worst customer care service. As a jio sim user I can't dial 121 to report airtel WiFi issue and when I said it to your customer care they are saying this is the only number I can register a complaint on.
