Yash More (@YashMore44) reported@airtelindia @airtelindiahelp Our corporate internet connection (025332468372_wifi) has been barred despite the bill being fully paid. Your own system shows “Bill is paid”, yet support claims outstanding dues. I visited the Airtel Nashik office 3 TIMES today, but nothing helped.

Pritam Dey (@pritamdey01) reported@imshanti_01 @airtelindia Please fix this! I’m on a 5G Unlimited plan, but my daily 3GB data is being deducted even with 5G+ coverage, and data stops after 3GB. I recharged today (29 Aug) and haven’t even used 4GB, nor exhausted the 300GB 5G limit. Please resolve this.

Nicklaudeon (@The_law07) reported@airtelindia I bought a new DTH remote just last month because the previous one was malfunctioning. At the time of raising the SR, I was told the charge would be ₹350. Your technician demanded ₹450 and refused to provide service unless I paid it. I had no choice but to pay. Now the new remote has already malfunctioned, and you have the audacity to demand another ₹350? Why should I pay again for a defective replacement—and risk dealing with the same rude and extortionate behaviour from your technician? This is completely unacceptable. Fix this without charging me again, and ensure your technician provides the service professionally.

Ravi (@Ravindran_R) reported@airtelindia Your Wi-Fi service has been going down repeatedly for the last couple of days. This is extremely frustrating and clearly not a one-time issue. Please investigate the root cause and provide a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions. @Airtel_Presence
