  @MasoomPatthan @airtelindia They don't care about anyone.. customer service is the biggest scam .. designed in such a way that you will give up eventually. And they will market as the best service.. they run a scam.

  Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and I should “adjust” or surrender the connection. Is this the level of service expected from a reputed company like Airtel? I’m paying for both WiFi & TV services, yet I can neither work from home nor watch TV properly. This is unacceptable.

  @airtelindia I raised shifting request on 29 Apr for 03 May. Still no one contacted or updated about the request. When I called the customer care they told they are not able to get any updates from the concerned team.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DTH not working since 02 days multiple complaints & multiple calls to customer care but still no resolution, in call centre no senior manager available on floor to provide a satisfactory answer, pathetic customer service by Airtel, @airtelindia 👎👎

  Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support.   @Airtel_Presence My data is unlimited on Rs 1199/- plan. It was stopped at 100 GB without any reason. Now I have been complaining for the last 4 days no action has been taken Complaint number 31-1000013435630. Even bill also paid on 03 May 26. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  Hello @airtelindia, I want to debundle my Airtel black. The customer care team is unable to resolve it and I was told that I will receive a call by 5pm yesterday from backend team as there is some issue from their end. Still no call have been received.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband complaint logged on 2nd May under ticket 11029493799, but not a single call or update from Airtel till now. Pathetic service and zero customer care..You only care about bills and money, not customers or service. Extremely disappointing.
