  Dear @airtelindia, It’s unfortunate that consumers often have to turn to social media just to get issues resolved. Recently, my elderly parents accidentally clicked on not subscribed channels via remote while scrolling them, and the amount was deducted instantly without any OTP or confirmation. When I contacted customer care, they refused to register a complaint and stated that a double-confirmation feature has only been introduced now, effectively dismissing past grievances. I stopped using Airtel in 2017 due to similar service issues, and it seems little has changed. With the Jio-Airtel duopoly, consumers increasingly feel cheated and overcharged. Will pay my bill except this unfair charges.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I immediately raised a complaint and received an email assuring me that my issue was being given "immediate attention" and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. That promise was never fulfilled.Since then:I have sent multiple emails with no resolution.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have upgraded my connection from 200 MBPs to 1 GBPS. Having a Airtel black connection, I am a customer for past 3 years and now if I want your box to get replaced you want money as it’s out of warranty. It’s a scam.

  @airtelindia poor network range in Sec 49D Chandigarh. I can barely make calls, and use internet. I requested for a new WiFi connection yesterday morning but till now there’s no update from your team, have paid some advance amount as well. Please look into it asap.
