  @airtelindia @Airtel_Services I have been chasing your service center from a week to upgrade my broadband plan but despite of multiple calls noone helps to upgrade the plan. Your Thanks App and your customer care is so pathetic and useless that a simple plan upgrade is difficult

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hey , i have applied prepaid to postpaid connection in airtel app and there you show within 24hrs sim will be activated, but its been 10 days my sim is not upgraded to postpaid, disappointed , kindly look into the matter , i call customer care daily

  @airtelindia 3 din se WiFi band hai Airtel ID:3073482502 No response, no engineer visit despite multiple complaints Kya yahi service hai aapki? Customer itna pareshaan ho raha hai aur koi sunne wala nahi Fix this ASAP or I will switch to another provider. #AirtelDown #PoorService
