    @airtelindia What a Third Class service team you have. Our office internet is not working from Saturday Morning. We have complained multiple time but not person came to resolve the issue. Seriously, Airtel services degrading to Last mile.

    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am using an airtel xstream fiber connection and my connection was showing LOS (red light) and not working and I put a complaint for this on June 21st but there is no action will be taken just their employee came and take the FD code

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence few months back I faced some issues with my wifi router. I raised a complaint and it was replaced with a very old router. This cycle went on for another 2 rounds. Now the current one also giving connection issues. Why do you replace with old ones?

    Conti- TW2 - 1. 10157831992 dt 31/03/23 2. 10160593576 dt 07/04/23 Both the above tickets closed without resolving issue from back end as I have not provided OTP to close the tickets. 2 years before, Fiber permission already granted by society but yet not start work. @airtelindia
