Even I put my customer number than it says i try more number than regular customer Id. I release my safe custody and back to my regular plan but after 5 hour passed my internet still not working.

After that my prepaid connection time period is over so i didn't complaint again but without my permission they convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection and in August month they send me a bill of rupees 517/- .
