    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet is down since 24 hours. There is no way to communicate to customer care and the chat bot is useless. There is no communication on the problem or eta on solution. Local area internet provider is working fine. Cheap service.

    every time i call to someone, first public awarness recorded tape sounds thearafter starts ringing the call. Any solution for this @airtelindia Currently, recorded tape is related to investment fraud. "25 din me paisa double"

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is not about the payment, when a request to close a connection is made, airtel pushes customer to pause it or transfer it, promising nothing will be charged. Then close the request, never followup, generates bills and start calling 10 times in a day to irritate so people pay

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor network from Airtel 4G, 5G, and even AirFiber are not working. However, if I connect to another tower, it works fine. Many people in my area are planning to switch to Jio once their recharge ends. Customer support is also unhelpful.
