    @airtelindia I've now shifted again to Bareilly and reqtd the conctn be moved to my new addr., but even now no action has been taken. App doesn't allow me to pause the cnnctn because the shifting request is still shown as "in-progress", yet I continue to be billed for a service I can't use.

    @airtelindia No time frame, issue listing or when it will be resolved nothing. Yesterday evening there was an SMS on the RMN which said 5-6 hours for resolving the issue now it says 1.30 PM after calling 121 and going through all the IVR mess.

    657348427 is my ticket id of complaint.. facing problem from 5 days . 10 times called your customer care..they told me everyday that we will send our engeneer to fix your problem..Now fix today or i switch to jio fiber..stop scaming your customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Days 20 of me asking for the refund of 8367.28₹ to the worst service provider @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence just imagine how many people are going through the same situation. It’s been 7 months since Im asking them for my 8367.28₹ refund. Im going legal this time. @airtelnews

    @airtelindia I have an Airtel Wi‑Fi broadband connection in Parbhani, Maharashtra, account number 9960999072. For the last 2 weeks, there has been no internet at my home due to a cable issue in the area. Two technicians visited, but the issue is still not resolved. Kindly fix.
