    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence standard response of replied to DMs wont help becoz their you are not responding or resolving anything. I simply dont want to use airtel fiber wifi services. Simply disconnect. You cannot force me to keep using connection with zero connectivity

    @airtelindia 3 days no WiFi, zero support, tickets (11028255921) getting closed without fix. Technician says issue from “upper side” & leaves. But billing is on time! Worst experience. @Airtel_Presence kindly look into this

    @DoT_India I have raised complaint against my WiFi not working properly even after paying bill amount regularly on time but stillno action from @airtelindia . I request you to please take strong action against Airtel. @jagograhakjago why service is delayed but not the bill date?

    @airtelindia i want to discontinue my wifi service cause I have got no resolution for more then 4-5 days now and I am getting no support from customer service too tbh I am really done with u guys I will discontinue all the service and port the sim and wifi to different services
