    Hi @airtelindia set top box is not working , but when i try to raise a ticket through app evrytime i am getting an issue ... your chat option is not working . Everytime it asks all the info and then it shows like sorry we have encounter some issue . Please raise a ticket

    @Apple @airtelindia My stolen iPhone 17 cannot be tracked because the SIM-IMEI mapping for the 21 days it was used is missing, while records before and after exist. Fix this immediately or compensate for the loss.

    @airtelindia requested a new wifi connection. Technician came in and said can't fulfill my request as the fiber box is far from my place. I simply asked to cancel my request and process a refund. It's been more than a week and no one is helping out. Sending new guy everyday.

    Hello @airtelindia i have already purchased @amazonIN prime from my airtel app but unfortunately i cant access it from past 2months ,i called customer care for partner id but they are not responding what to do , while payment of bills you called customer care thousand times

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 3 weeks. I do not have any options on my phone to switch these off. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently. @airtelindia
