@airtelindia I will be happy enough to file a complaint in consumer court against the scam going on in Airtel. I am noticing this from a long time the actual data I use is lot less than provided in the plan. A similar JIO plan lasts for a full day whereas in airtel 6 hours max.

SMS which I received from your system was that an engineer would visit between 0930 & 1030 on 21-Nov, almost 36 hours after raising the request. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you expecting us to be without voice/data for 36 hours !!!!! Poor customer service
