    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very slow internet connection(5g ) from past 3-4 days tried calling customer care multiple times. None responding on 198. Even my airtel app shows network issue whenever I am trying to raise complaint. Though my phone network shows 5g, poor network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Been a pospaid customer for 10 years, yesterday migrated from 1199 to 1749 plan. Before upgrading it was showing “Airtel priority” on phone network, now its just vanilla airtel. When i restart the device it shows Airtel priority for 2 minutes. Why?

    Dear @airtelindia, you should seriously shut down your customer care services because they’re absolutely useless. Total waste of time. I’m tired of dealing with you guys. And on top of that, I can’t even cancel my WiFi subscription by myself. What kind of nonsense is this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia all fraud for saying unlimited 5G , I have already complained 10 times but this company never listens , suggesting to everyone to change the network and remove this company. @airte
