    What a pathetic service by @airtelindia xtream fibre. Despite explaining the issue to @Airtel_Presence multiple times, they are not able to understand the issue itself. Their attitude is "Hum to exam me wahi answer likhenge jo humein aata hai, aapka question chahe kuch bhi ho".

    Dear @airtelindia and @OfficialDMRC , even with mobile signal showing on screen while underground, one cannot make calls. Leave alone Data bandwidth, what do I do if there is an emergency in underground Metro? How will I make a call to someone? This is a major safety issue.
