@airtelindia I am a so called Airtel Black priority member!! I placed a request for my broadband upgradation yesterday from your Airtel Thanks App. It said it will be done in 2 hours. Now, after 24 hours when I called your customer care, I am told it will take another 24 hours !!

Hi @airtelindia, kindly remove the value added service of Rs. 51 that has been imposed on my Airtel DTH without my permission. I have contacted you numerous times and the last step that remain is completely unsubscribing from your set up box. Awaiting your response.
