People face issue, it continues for months, people complaint, you promise to get it resolve, it doesn’t get resolved, people call again, you again make promise, & then people get message its resolved, your ticket is closed..Joke of the day and you are the Joke @airtelindia

I was stupid to do another 3 month recharge instead I should have ported my number to @airtelindia or @vodafonein1 . I thought my internet speed was slow because my data pack is expiring but I was wrong, its their poor service and the fact that they don't care about the service.
