AS an IT company it's bad to have such a service provider who has very slow support. So far the internet is good but hard to deal with such Maze like support, throwing tickets at one another and I always get an email it will be resolved in 24 hours @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal In place of investing on advertisement please do some work on your third grade network . Poor network even 3G ? Fake advertisement on customer satisfaction. Such a thired grade network provider stop fooloing customers.

@airtelindia I have raised a complaint for disconnecting my broadband connection to which I was told that it will be done. It’s already been 1 month and now I have got a monthly bill. This is ridiculous on company’s end to resolve customers need. Req Id 124466530
