  @airtelindia Recharged my prepaid mobile for 365 days with 2499, but pack is not activated. When contacted 121, the behaviour and response of executive was very bad. I have been told that your pack will be activated within 10 days as you have recharged with 2499 in stead of 2498.

  @sonu_metha @airtelindia Even their thanks app doesn’t work properly for raising a request / query but still ask us to register in app. It become my daily routine to call the customer care to check the status of my request. May time to look for an alternatives.
