    @airtelindia @DoT_India times but, resolution not provided to this as well. I hope Airtel hasn't started thinking that there's dearth of telecom service providers in India and you're invincible. And here you're proud of your acquisition on the way of losing your customer base.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India 3/n SMS was ever recieved, he starts arguing vehemently not accepting mistake from Airtel's end. And I am witnessing all this when Airtel has already resorted to illegally provide my Call Data Records to unknown individuals, complaint for which has been raised multiple

    @airtelindia @DoT_India 1/n You're thrilled with new acquisition but, your primary service remains spectacularly pathetic as always. You discontinue with an old postpaid plan of 999 (as per your costumer care) and automatically bill customers with charges as per the higher postpaid plan of 1199.
