Abhishek Swain (@abhisekhswain7) reportedShocking service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Request to migrate postpaid to prepaid raised on Aug 21 is STILL pending after 12 days. No calls, no resolution, but you expect me to pay for the 12 days your team delayed? It takes 2 days max. Fix this and waive the charges!
-
Shailesh Jaiswal (@shaileshspeak_) reportedHey @airtelindia I'm postpaid user of yours and I'm sorry ia have to say this. This is the worst network I'm using worst means next level worst. I'm switching my network right away by paying the pending bills. Thanks

Jalu Ram (@JaluRamMatoria) reported@airtelindia I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

shekhar (@klmrs123) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please help me disconnect my wifi connection for your poor customer service. As a black customer with 2 postpaid, 2 Airfiber and dth I am really tired of disconnected calls from agents and no show from technicians. WFH ❌ Talking to Airtel team ✅

Ankit Jha (@ankitj0019) reported@airtelindia @airtelnews every second day, there’s a WiFi network outage with no resolution timeline. How do you incentivise customer of your shortcomings and failure to provide services, when a day’s delay in bill payment is penalised. @DoT_India

Dr KidsSurg (@doctrkhan) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paying for Airtel broadband in Lucknow but getting frequent WiFi drops, poor speeds, and recurring outages. Service that worked reasonably earlier is now inconsistent. Kindly escalate, check the line/area issue, and provide a permanent resolution instead of temporary “it will be fixed in a few hours” responses. Will DM registered number and Broadband ID.

RaVichar (@raavichaar) reportedIt's been more than a week now wifi is not working @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

anand srivastava (@anandsr03511785) reported@airtelindia This is nothing but customer harassment. You have closed my complaints without taking any feedback, confirmation, despite the fact that the problem is STILL NOT RESOLVED. Is this how Airtel improves its service—by closing complaints instead of fixing problems?
