    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why is there is no way to speak to your customer service representative? There is no support at all. I raised a complaint 3 days ago and still no response. I think it's time to change provider to Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service is so bad that they wont even let you add a new complaint until the old complaint is resolved. That is one great way to limit the complaints! Pathetic service from your team continues with no call back for 24 hours

    @airtelindia Hi Team I wish to understand the reason for no tax invoice being issued for prepaid mobile recharges. Is it not required under GST law? My current office is forcing me to present GST invoice for claiming the recharge. Please help.
