    @airtelindia Hi Team, I have been requesting to cancel my airtel account 7038931111. But all I am getting is a system generated response. I have also been calling customer care but there is no option to cancel. I have been emailing them since July. Will not pay August bill.

    @airtelindia I have been calling your xstream service from February and they are just ignoring, im intrested in getting the connection but in my area they give reason that they dont have approval but the connection is available all over my city . Can you help to approve the req.?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia- So I installed AirtelFibre for continuous high speed internet, but guess what..I am facing internet issue 3rd time in 45 days. Can't connect to internet from last 6hrs. Are we getting extra days after validity because I can't see u guys fixing it.

    Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor network & frequent call drops. Instead of doing advertisement by investing millions, improve ur network. Then, you will not need to invest so much in advertising. @TRAI @DoT_India Time for some strict action.

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber router’s 5 GHz Wi-Fi is stuck on DFS channel 52, transmitting at extremely low TX power (~3 dBm), causing bad latency, retransmits and poor throughput. need a remote config push from ACS to set 5 GHz channel to fixed 36/40/44/48 (non-DFS UNII-1), 80 MHz width, instead of Auto. Already tried “Optimise Wi-Fi” in Airtel Thanks app - it claimed 52→44, but after reboot + Wi-Fi scan, router is still on 52. So changes didn’t actually apply. ( attaching screenshot for reference, it didn't do what it says it has done, seems like it's purely cosmetic) Please escalate to L2/network engineering and raise a ticket. This is a config issue, not a restart/technician issue.

    @airtelindia I did a complaint on airtel services regarding DTH box issue on 21 Mayand the service engineer scheduled on 22 May at 3PM later ur airtel customer care called me and told that service engineer will call u plz share ur OTP now later they rescheduled it to 24 may ?
