    Airtel Fibre down since 1 PM. It’s 9:48 PM now & still no internet. Customer support says maybe by 2 AM. Recharge 1 day late ho toh service band, but when Airtel stays down for hours, who compensates users? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown — Posting using @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Right now I know there are multiple airtel fiber connection are active on different locations of outside of my city fraudulently using my adhar number without verification. It's a serious issue.

    @Airtel_Presence What happened @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you just sent a message and thereafter nothing is working out. No one from customer care picks the call. No one bothers to reach out ans ita been 4 hours since I am facing the same issue. How disgusting

    @DDNewslive @airtelindia @airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel Broadband plan where it has OTT subscription. It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.
