    @airtelindia shameless hopeless disgusting customer care ... For prepaid numbers it's hopeless .. Recharge done for 1499rs , and no services availed.. Still customer care says cannot refund the amount. It's a scam... Totally horrified. @Airtel_Presence please respond.

    @airtelindia @vittalgopal Airtel BB down for > 24hrs. “Service Update: Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fiber services. The expected time to resume your services is 26 September 2022, 10:23 PM. We apologize…” No solution yet.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't you think 15 days to resolve problems is too much? Won't you charge for the days when there is no network at all or proper internet speed?

    @airtelindia Whenever i call 121 they will say we will ask our back end team to get in touch with you within 4 but the truth is no body will contact even you call 121 hundred times. I had registered complain of problem with my broadband on 25th still no body addressed it till now (27th 8:58pm

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi guys just say if you are willing to solve your customer problems or not, So that we can atleast switch to jio or anyother network instead of waiting time here. How many times should a customer contact you. Is this the way how to treat a customer
