@Airtel_Presence I have sent you my contact details. Also wanted to mentioned here that when I called at your customer care for resolution then the caller talked to me mis-behaviouly. The way of talking of your customer care executives are also need to be improved. @airtelnews @airtelindia

@airtelindia Do you guys just advertise only or reflect some part of it on your services. In Gurgaon Sector 7, WiFi dropping frequently and despite complaint no solution, even it is taking 3 days for Engineer to visit and Customers Care is even worse
