    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia haven't had internet access for 3 days straight. Raised complaint on 5th September, nobody came and internet resumed for 1 day, guy asked for otp and closed case. Then next day internet gone again and haven't come back. Please resolve immediately.

    @vivbajaj @airtelindia Worst ever network, even in Andheri Mumbai, so called metro city, complained around 25 times but yet so far didn't receive a call from the customer team. I just want to share my pain with Mr. Mital but I don't know , how to address him. Worst team, worst even from BSNL

    @airtelindia VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL.. I've taken fiber connection last week and within a week I am unable to connect to internet. I've raise complaint to customer support and called the installation team. But no response...
