    @airtelindia I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

    @airtelindia If you really don't want to solve the poor internet issue then I will register complaint on NCH. Already all details given at DM, your customer care representative not responding. Solve the issue permanently.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence HORRIBLE CHEATING! No deactivation button on your app—customers have to beg. Raised request on June 5th, router collected, paid dues. 2 MONTHS LATER, bills are still generating & service isn't disconnected! NOW I DO NOT TRUST AIRTEL. #Airtel

    Hey @airtelindia, when outages in fibre broadband connection last more than half a day, should we not get some kind of compensation? Wi-fi is down since Thursday night - Office work impacted for 2 full days now- service request being closed and reopened again and again
