@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I hd been using Airtel postpaid no fr lst 8+ yrs.Missed paymnt once n u charged me late fee.Did multiple follow ups but no action.Eventualy ur cust support ensured that I better move to other Service provider.Wish they knew hw to retain old custmers

@airtelindia I also got to know that many of people are facing the same issue and service centre people are telling everyone to replace the sim card .Due to your Network issue because of you 5g network, why would i pay for new sim card. After 5G network came 4G went down.
