    @airtelindia I was always impressed with the customer care point of view but now it seems to be going pathetic day by day. I recently re-located and raised a request to re install my set top box. Guy came I was not at home, he changed some connectors

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what **** services you are providing in the name of xtream fibre. Frequent disconnection in a week. At first broadband was down for 2 consecutive days. Now interruption without prior notice and says it will be fixed in 5 hours. Pathetic services

    @airtelindia there is a weird issue in my district. When ever power cut there is poor network connection. This is not the new issue every time same. Please take proper action team.

    @airtelindia We have been a loyal Airtel customer. We had an internet connection issue for our Landline Number: 044- 42726266. The issue was taken to customer support 1 week ago, but there is no action taken as yet. We don't have an option other than changing service provider.
