    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer support from Airtel! My Airtel One bill plan issue has been pending since 04.07.2026. Despite repeated follow-ups, I haven't received any resolution or even an acknowledgment. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, please improve your network at Evershine Amavi 303, Virar West. Calls frequently disconnect, internet is very slow, and 5G is barely available. Many residents are facing the same issue. Please resolve this ASAP. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Of late it seems jio has put some cap on the internet speed. Worst part is to use jiocare app using @airtelindia sim. How do I get to raise the complaint with the ombudsman.

    @airtelindia I would like to formally escalate the poor service experience I have had with my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection, which was installed only four days ago. My internet connection went down at around 4:00 PM, and I have been without connectivity since then.
