    New network tower installed in my village but still network speed is like 2G... network same like before.....do some positivev for fast connectivity @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Jio ‘s special team who is literally pro in doing nothing,network is so weak tht one can’t call from indoors.Finally its time to shift to another network @airtelindia don’t reply me for dm or etc. either resolve this thing or confess

    @airtelindia i am using airtel air fiber with 100 mbps plan but I am getting even 1 mbps it's showing only 0.08 mbps speed I have raised more than 7 to 8 request but every time it's auto resolved without any information or solution If you unable to provide speed please disconnect

    @airtelbank @AirtelIndia My Retailer ID SIM is closed & distributor is not answering. Sent multiple emails everywhere but NO resolution. Utterly frustrated. Huge security risk. Bank will be responsible for any fraud. Block/delete my merchant ID immediately!

    @taarunr @airtelindia Unfortunately there is none to challenge their Duopoly. Railtel has a wide network but they're hardly doing anything for the retail users.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, my broadband is not working from June 1st and your so called technical team is still working to resume service. Even tried contacting multiple layers of customer care team, floor supervisor, level1/2 service manager, area manager. Its not resolved.

    @JioCare I forget every time when the plan expires. @airtelindia plan will expire on 30th June. Can you please ring the bell on 25th June? @Airtel_Presence service and plan activating policy is not good.

    @airtelnews My Vi number ending 4699 was ported to POSTPAID despite requesting PREPAID. No help despite multiple complaints. Also charged ₹50 for SIM replacement on number ending 9038 after being told it was free. Please investigate and resolve urgently. #AirtelIndia

    @airtelindia One of my friends has been facing a Wi-Fi issue since February. Customer care gave an engineer a number to contact, but unfortunately, they are not fixing it. Very, very bad experience with Airtel. This is my second tweet about the same complaint @GhateMR
