If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.

SIM replaced, tested in another phone still same issue. This is clearly a backendproblem. Please fix this urgently or escalate to your technical team
