    @airtelindia Im getting 3 Mbps speed using 5g (full signal strength) whereas I'm getting 620 - 700 Mbps using @reliancejio 5g. Please check the network speeds and improve it before the users migrate to jio!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your people told me that the fibre optics people are third party vendors. What's the point of having them when they can't even do simple work? They've just been dragging us asking for 1 hour, 2 hour, but never showing up.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we requested for a relocation of our broadband last week. The wiring was done but nobody has come to fix the issue with fibre optics. I have to literally follow up with the people 5 times a day for the past 4 days.

    Sorry & sad to say @airtelindia from being my preferred brand to the worst experience one can ever have. Paid for Airtel fibre on 29th Jan and still without connection and poor customer experience. Please upgrade the team from Zirakpur region. Does #airtelcares ?
