  @airtelindia the most pathetic internet service provider. Internet down for 4 days. I raise request and their team closes the request saying the problem has been solved without contacting me or confirming. This is the 5th such disruption in this month only.

  Even having 5g network and compatible 5g Cellphone, You have to suffer slow data speeds once your fixed data is consumed. Unlimited 5g is just for scam, isn’t it @airtelindia Pathetic, Can’t wait to port to @reliancejio post trip, once i reach my place. Can’t tk risk during trip

  This is extremely disappointing. A customer has repeatedly contacted your support team, complied with your instructions, and yet the mobile service continues to remain barred. Instead of resolving the issue, your executives have provided contradictory responses and repeatedly demanded payments without any proper clarification. This reflects poorly on your customer service and grievance redressal mechanism. Didn’t expect this from you, @airtelindia.   @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please help I’m getting calls daily from people of northern part of India to my personal number mentioning about they called for Kisan helpline number. They tried 1800-180-1551 but the call is getting diverted to me. Please help asap.
