    @Airtel_Presence What is the point in responding via DM ? Yesterday the wifi was down the complete day till night 8 pm. Today again it is down. There is a minimum downtime guaranteed for such consumer services. @airtelindia should be sued for this. 100s of engineers are unable to work!

    @airtelindia your AirFiber has become a constant frustration. After every power outage, the connection refuses to reconnect automatically, forcing customers to waste time troubleshooting through the Airtel Thanks app. This isn’t a minor glitch, it’s a fundamental service failure.

    @AirtelWiFi143 @airtelindia What is even more concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. The same fault has occurred twice within the last month, forcing me to repeatedly raise complaints for a problem that Airtel has consistently failed to resolve permanently.

    @mashrujeet @airtelindia Now VI is shutting help desk centre and they don't answer to customer care after 12 pm to 6 in morning?! After JIo , GOI and Airtel swallowing VI customer will be left with three option jio airtel and bsnl All three provide net also , but VI only provide sim service

    Dear @airtelindia Extreme slow network from past 5 days in Kismatpura area. Earlier it was working fine. is it bcoz my pack expiring this week? Or any network issues in my area? Even my no is getting out of service as well. Please resolve the issue.
