  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hey , i have applied prepaid to postpaid connection in airtel app and there you show within 24hrs sim will be activated, but its been 10 days my sim is not upgraded to postpaid, disappointed , kindly look into the matter , i call customer care daily

  @airtelindia is become a WORST wifi service provider.. Their service is down two to three times a week. It's not working just two days ago, I paid a bill of Rs. 1013 and the internet has been down since yesterday. Today I will change service provider. @reliancejio @airtelnews

  Hey @airtelindia I just blocked my old sim, and bought a new sim from your store, as my phone was stolen. I bought it with the same number, I was told it would be activated within 4 hours , but it's been 12+ hours already... Need help on this!!!

  @airtelindia called me and demanded I must RETURN my WiFi router as I have not recharged it. Excuse me? I’ve already paid for it. At no point was I informed of any such policy. They can even break into my house and take the router! Please HELP @TRAI @DoT_India CHECK THIS SCAM

  @airtelindia This issue is still not resolved. My 5G unlimited data isn’t working, only my daily 2GB is being used, and the network is stuck on 5G. This is seriously affecting my work. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I will port my number to Jio. @Airtel_Presence
