    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days and this has happened multiple times before. My work is stuck. Customer care only transfers calls between agents or promises callbacks that never happen. Please resolve this urgently.@airtelindia

    So after paying ₹1849, receiving a success confirmation from Airtel, losing service on my number, making multiple calls to customer care, recharging again from my own pocket, and being passed around between departments, I am STILL waiting for a resolution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I recharged with an Unlimited 5G plan, but after my daily 2GB data is exhausted, 5G stops working despite having a strong 5G signal. If 5G stops after 2GB, how is it "Unlimited 5G"? Please explain and resolve this issue. @TRAI @DoT_India #Airtel #Unlimited5G #Jio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer support. One of the biggest service provider in India but very poor customer support. 1. Waiting for plan upgrade for 3 days 2. When I call 198 and want to select WiFi option 2 but why you are forcing me to listen all options.

    @airtelindia ; your service executive gave an estimate of 15 minutes for a new connection, and haven’t setup the connection in 24 hours. i have got dozens of phone numbers of people to call, and no one is responding.
