    We regd a complt lst wk regarding a problem wid our wifi router. An engr visited and replaced the adaptor. It worked at that time, later it got heated & stopped workg. Plz send an engr again, and get the adaptor or the router, replaced. Kindly DM for regd number. @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my airtel sim card is not working because of UNAVAILABILITY OF MOBILE NETWORK. Tried diagnosing the problem with airtel support application, it states that VoLTE is not enabled, but actually it is.(No problem with device). Please look into it.

    @airtelindia It would be better, if you address call drops problem rather than spending time and money on other activities. If you don’t address call drop problem, loyal customers like me will drop Airtel.

    @JioCare Nahi. Ho gaya ab. Aisa time par 2 weeks loge to ho gaya meri job chali jayegi agar aisa service use karte time hua hota. Abhi bas ki nhi apke JIO ki. Learn from @airtelindia fast service it's just that they are slow in getting fiber connection in my area.
