@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had changed my connection plan from Airtel postpaid to prepaid and since then I'm not getting 'Volte' on my phone. I'm unable to receive or make calls due to poor network connectivity. Request you to activate call over Wi-Fi on my number ASAP.

@airtelindia I have asked for new connection for internet fiber with Airtel was my big mistake. From 7hrs engineers for installation making me fool and irresponsible person they are. I have been confirmed for net service starts by 11am, its 5pm still waiting. Worst service rcvd.
