    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia finally i ported my postpaid to prepaid but now store people unable to recharge my number and when i call customer care they said your number is active and you need to do your first reacharge at store why different resolutions.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised 2-3 complaints to customer care regarding network issues to my primary and secondary num but your customer care just shut down the complain without doing any action neither call or any massage and problems is still there 9108568602
