    @airtelindia In My postpaid mobile no. OUTGOING SMS is not working since 20 days. I complaint on 19th Aug & received resolution message on 26th but in vain. Every time I am told it has been escalated and to be resolved in 4 hrs. Even today just now I was told to wait for 24 hrs.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I faced constant drops, so I raised a disconnection request. Your team begged for a "last chance" to fix it, sent technicians, and claimed it was resolved. A week later, you silently suspended my service based on the old request—zero intimation!

    I've made payment for wifi on Saturday, your Engineer promised me installation on Monday, tomorrow is Wednesday, no installation done yet, took otp for installation. Not picking up my call. Poor Services. @airtelindia
