    @DoT_India @airtelindia Internet doesn't work properly at my location and irony is that when u try to raise a query using airtel app it doesn't open. It opens only when internet is working. #hypocrites

    @airtelindia Worst INTERNET CONNECTION and Customer Service is very bad. We can't talk to Customer Executive via call. We don't want 5G Network. We are happy in 4g, just improve the network of 4g.

    @Airtel_Presence i have sent my landline number in dm. The worse is customer care saying it will take 4 days. Can u expect no internet for 5 days in wfh scenario.totally unreliable and unrealistic and so insensitive @airtelindia #horribleairtelexperience
