@airtelindia Dear Airtel it seems some problem in your recharge process my new unlimited recharge activated before the existing get expired. As per good practice new unlimited plan only activate once old one expired right. Please check and so the needful.

@reshii @Airtel_Presence Dear Maam, Your problem is not going to be resolved. Most of @airtelindia customers are facing problem. I had launch a complaint 3 days ago. Today they are asking for feedback, but problem remain as it is. Hope for better.
