The staff legit told me we can’t do anything other than raise complaint which I had already done. Recommended me to switch networks since they were not sure how long it would take to resolve the problem in my area

    Hi @airtelindia Can you guys allow a user to disable the annoying flash/class 0 messages. Such a pathetic customer support, no backup for ai's failed understanding of issue. There is no option either via IVR or SMS based deactivation. These flash msgs appear after every call/SMS

    My father’s Airtel SIM got deactivated due to a recharge issue. When I visited the nearby Airtel store for a replacement SIM, I was asked to pay ₹2,500, which seems unreasonable for a simple SIM reissue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
