@Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia It is annoying to know that the call drop still prevails. Everytime a new service ticket is created and it's closed without solving the problem. Please refund the prepaid amount of one year.

And everytime we were calling to customer care only people are saying we understand your problem and escalate your issue . It's been more than 18hrs we don't have internet connection and we called 8 times till now . And same response. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

But till now no executive are assigned and no one came to resolve it . We are at WFH and facing such type of issues . If you guys can't resolve the issues and unable to provide services then don't do fake promises in adds . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since yesterday afternoon we are not having internet at our home it was disconnected. We were calling Airtel customer care to every hour to resolve the issue . But these people only saying it will be resolved by this time that time . What nonsense.
