@nsitharaman Dear Finance Minsiter, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has chewn up my huge prepaid a/c balance. I logged complain in airtel and consumer court but airtel didn't resolve my complain. Airtel DONT CARE about customer. Pls tell me what should I do? I m normal customer.

Experienced worst services from @airtelindia charged me 698 extra and have no explanation for it. Worst experience because i had to call and explain and wait so much on call for disappointment. Waste.I don't suggest any of my friends to get an airtel connection. @Airtel_Presence
