Same auto generated messaging while customer suffers due to Team Airtel's inefficiency and Management Airtel's inability to control it's teams. Perils of outsourcing are taking their toll on Airtel's profits !

    @airtelindia I am not able to make and receive any calls since 4-5 days there is no network, when I run the diagnosis via airtel app it says enable Volte, my mobile handset is volte enabled and compatible. I had no issues before 4-5 days. Please look into it.

    @Airtel_Presence Irresponsibility at its peak, I am following up since morning, and no response frim Ankur D who promised will share progress or resolution DTH number 3023375192, I will not pay your engineer if you do not call back as you are wasting the visit. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel Fibre service is currently not available at Morena (M.P.) despite the fact that info showing service available on Airtel Thanks App. Every other day i get calls from Airtel Customer care regarding reactivation of my broadband (0761-4928475).

    no network from morning, visited a nearby airtel customer care, they took proof provided a dupe sim. (went through the same process last year on 30th June 2020) what's this all about please? now even after using the dupe sim, it says - sim not provisioned for voice @airtelindia

    @airtelindia since when do you guys not take permission before updating someone's plan? Plus your cust care says since we updated your plan, you have to pay? Are you guys trying to #cheatcustomers by this way? @TRAI how do customers raise complaint for this? #poorcustomerservice

    @airtelindia your network is do dead in my area. What's the use of 4G recharges when there is no good data coverage area. 😕 thinking of porting to a different network 🤔

    @DGT_MSDE I have raised a complaint for call drops and even escalated to the nodal officer of @airtelindia . However they don’t even reply except for automated responses. Please help.
