    I have a problem with my modem for the past one month. I raised repeated requests with the customer care and no technician has visited me yet. Without any resolution or visit tickets are being closed. For the past four days I am fighting with customer support.. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’m having an extremely frustrating experience with my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection. My WiFi has been down, and despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution. Your team shared complaint/ticket number 10983307706, but I’m unable to track it.

    , @airtelindia shifting request ID 21-174635469367_1_43, booked two days back. Nothing being done, I only get engineer info and cancelled every now and then. #Pathetic service by Airtel. Thinking of changing to Jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence had raised an issue abt my father's bad experience at Airtel store when he tried 2 update KYC to unblock his no. He found someone else is owner in ur records. I've been recharging his no. for yrs w/o issue & my dad has Aadhar linked 2 this no. (1/2)
