    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.

    @airtelindia, you got the payment (8 April 2026) on time for a new subscription, but still m not get installation of the same till today, if u r not ready to provide the new connection, then why you get money, and make us wait till date instead you can say no service

    @airtelindia, @TRAI @airtelnews Very disappointed with Airtel WiFi service. Since 8th April, I have been following up for shifting my connection, but there is NO response till date. Multiple emails sent, several calls made to customer care but no resolution, no accountability

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have raised complaint but till now no one responded yet. Also no response getting on mail as well. My request is to cancel the airfiber connection request and amount which I have paid 1500 please initiate refund.

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Can anyone help me as a customer of airtel who paid for a service and now I as a customer have to reach out to your Service Agents and other people just because they cannot do their work or are on leave. Simple request of IPTV turns heavy work for us

    @JioCare my jio fiber is agin down and it is telling tenchincian will visit tomorrow..should i stop my internet during that time? Pls move forward ny disconnection request. @airtelindia pls help me with you fiber plans. These are pathetic what jio offers

    It’s 13th April and still no resolution. My broadband has been down for over 10 days now with no proper update or fix. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Requesting immediate action on my complaint. @airtelindia please resolve this urgently. #Airtel #BroadbandIssue
