@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

It seems, @airtelindia's Mittal, Vittal, etc. do suffer from an "erectile dysfunction" perennially - and, as a result of it, Airtel's "upload speed" remains perpetually abysmal... making a customer's life hell in Kolkata to be precise.
