    Why is it so difficult to reach to customer care of @airtelindia … bhai inse jaldi to kisi state k CM mil jaane hai… ur IVR is not customer friendly at all, beyond basic changes… for customised n specific doubt, please let us reach customer care ppl at ease!! Don’t suck blood

    @airtelindia your sarita vihar store staff didn’t resolved my issue they told me wait for 24 hr issue will be resolve but it’s more than 90 hour still I’m facing issue. Please intervene and resolve the issue asap. @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel services are so much degraded having service issue almost every month and on top of that their service team are least bothered that many time they don’t register the complaint saying server is down and close it without confirmation.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been complaining for 10 days now but my airtel wifi is still not working also airtel has stopped replying. You just sent mein an sms with details of an engineer who never came after 2 days did assured my connection would be restored but No.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Worldwide presence still I have to step out of my home just to take calls. I guess network in remote areas are for ads only. No relevance in real life. Really sad about it..!!

    @airtelindia Your so called "Dedicated relationship team" is not even able to get the location to resolve the issue. Really frustrated by the service & the unserviceable stores u've put across the country. Waste of taking family plan if u don't provide good service to our parents
