@airtelindia One of the absolute worst experience both with your Customer care service and your fibre service. More than 24 hours gone with no internet service and your beloved customer care failed to raise a complaint even after calling there 4 times. You simply don't care.

A little rain, and self acclaimed best network of @Airtel_Presence is gone. For last 3 days, 20 hrs a day, @airtelindia network is down. Pathetic service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can’t even raise a service request and issue on your app. As given on a transaction with ferns and petals, I was supposed to get 100 rupees cb but still didn’t receive it. It’s been 4 days.
