    @airtelindia Following message was received by me on 20 Nov 2020 around 11 AM. I called back. The replying party was speaking poor English and was confused if I am Airtel user or Jio. He wanted me to open Google play store and download some app. I refused and called him a fraud

    Hey @Airtel_Presence , you have the worst customer support system. For past 6 months I am complaining about network issue and each time u have same answer as "we will improve in few days". Anyway I am left with only option as porting. @airtelindia
