    @airtelindia Pathetic service... Have request to add an add on channel to watch football match.. Request was not processed. Called customer service got a answer stating that it will take 4 hours! Appalling ! This is why Tata sky is best. They charge more but their service is top!

    @airtelindia worst ever company. I switched to airtel few days ago and already facing so many problem nor you guys are interested to resolve my problem even after calling customer care multiple time, nothing getting any reply even after send emails.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My case no. 2533523688 Hoping for to help me. Atleast contacted 12-14 times customer care, But unfortunately i have to listen just we have escalated you issue forward. Not any action taken till now. Passed 4-5 passed i am facing an issue.!

    @airtelindia i am an airtel Fiber user There’s some issue in my area. I have registered a complain against my issue on 20-11-2021 morning. But passed 4 days. There’s no any action taken against my complaint. I have contacted atleast 12 times. But unable to solve my problem yet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing an issue in my area regarding Xstream fiber. Complaint against it 4 days ago, But there’s no any action taken yet, Wen i tired to contact local area team, They even don’t ans. My phone call.. Passed 4 days. Not allotted a engineer.!

    @airtelindia D an intl roaming rech of 100 mins twice for the same number. I paid twice, however the service lasted only for 100 mins. Until I contacted the customer care, they didn't initiate the refund, feel like being robbed 😳
