    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised a complaint yesterday regarding my fixed line xtream fibre connection, i was promised it would be resolved within 3.30 pm, the engineer hasn't come in yet, on calling him he is saying that he can't do it today. Complaint # 10037785640

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since last year i have upgraded my setupbox to xstreme and after that 5 to 6 time my remote has been changet because it got hanged and not working and again i have same issue then ur customer care team has been telling me that u need to pay charges.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it has been 4 days and my compliant has not been resolved till yet. So pls share me the complaint no so that I can knock the consumer court door. Only I daily get msg after complaining that it has been resolved. But physically nothing is done.
