    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    @airtelindia Never trust Airtel, very negligence staff, they have issued a CUG number from our company after 3 months they realized that the number issued to me does not belong to our company CUG and belongs to some other company, over night they stopped services without notice. Worst AIRTEL.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Airtel broadband not working from last 1 week. Atleast 5 people visited promises. You just keeping sending sms for reassigned technician. Shame on your deficiency in service. 10034028033..I am not even able to talk to your customer care.

    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    @airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

    However, even after recharging with the eligible ₹1,200 plan, customers do not receive the promised unlimited 5G service. When I contact Airtel customer support, they simply register a complaint and assure me that the issue will be resolved soon. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Wow, @airtelindia, your customer service speed is truly breathtaking. U r practically psychic when it comes to taking my money, but suddenly suffer from total amnesia the second I ask to cancel. Love the "rude and ignoring you" upgrade to your service package,it’s a bold strategy

    @airtelindia customer service has gone pathetic, went to store to get dth disconnected and apply for iptv. It has been 5 days, no response from team. The technician dont pick call, went to store again today and guy responded "i did not apply this connection for you so can't help

    10+ yrs with @airtelindia. On 2 Apr, my Family Plan was changed without my consent during a SIM replacement at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, causing 3 months of excess billing. Complaints were closed without resolution. Restore my plan & refund the excess. @Airtel_Presence
