    @airtelindia Despite several visits to the customer centre and escalations, Airtel has again charged excessively against Family Billing plan. xtra charges 4 data et al on dependent numbers. When will you get your act in order and bring transperancy in the billing system #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #dth Gave complaint for relocation on 3rd, but still no one has turned up.Customer care is also not responding properly,at the same time field executives are also not attending my calls,If u don't want more customers tell me I will go for @TataSky

    I have given up. I have no other option but to buy a Jio or Vodafone number and to keep this number for the sake of contact. You guys have successfully driven at least one customer out of your network. Big #AirtelThanks .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence. Keep it up.

    @airtelindia Airtel is taking nearly one month to add one number to the family plan. I have been speaking to their customer care executives since April 17th in vain. Their std reply is they are sorry but without any results. They also say they will put me on hold for 45 secs

    @airtelindia i have 2 airtel DTH connection, one in Greater Noida and other one in Chennai with my daughter.the remote provided by Airtel is of worst quality at both the locations and Your organization doesn't give guarentee even for a day. Ensure good quality. ABLal, 9650992726

    @raghumedicon @airtelindia Same problem with me. Have complained almost 2 years back and not a single thing has been done by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I don’t think they care to correct. Not providing a solution for 2 years just shows their incompetence.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This ticket is open since 18th April without any response or resolution. No way to contact any Airtel technicians. Customer care has been called 5 times and each time they have provided a 24 hour resolution time but not fixed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What a pathetic service I am getting on internet fibre. Every week 2 times you have unplanned outage which is for 6 hours and that is affecting my work and it's like harrasment for us. Contact center agent directly hung up the call is this allowed?

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤
