I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. I have purchased a 100Mbps plan and the speed i get is just 40. After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves . I call his manager to complain about the same and he is next level . He gives a reply saying technician mobile shows 100 mbps issue resolved. What kind of people you hire as managers and engineers
