@JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

Vodafone idea is debt ridden , is constantly loseing subscribers ,their 4G network quality is degrading and they dont have capital to fund and start 5G. Same is the case of Bsnl. So both these will shut down

In the times of instant noodles, @airtelindia takes a month to activate a SIM card. Purchased sim on 17th Feb, service ID 21-4638216398354 and you forgot tele-verification for 11 days and now on day 12 after customer calls, you ask for further 11 days for activation.
