@Airtel_Presence in smart plan earlier it was Rs 49 , now it's changed to Rs79??, why we need to pay more? other networks are providing 49 only?! Do you want to exit from Airtel network ? Or do u want to switch other network ?? @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working from last 8 days. Tried raising service request, calling customer care. All I got is assurance that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours and it's been 8 days now. Let me know if you are interested to resolve your customer issues
