    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, posting it on Twitter to enquire if despite making the recharge, a user is unable to enjoy the service where must a user complain/enquire? I have been trying to connect to customer care since 1 hr but the IVR service of yours is pathetic
