    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Very poor internet network in Mahendiya PS of Arwal district of Bihar. Unable to attend my online official meeting. Do needful action as soon as possible. Now a days most of work is performed thru online only.

    Absolutely pathetic services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ,atleast twice the internet breaks down weekly,no proper response to complaints,internet gets down at 5pm can’t raise a complaint for that day,ironically the next time slot given is 6pm,next level of corporate negligence

    @airtelindia after sometime your customer care called and asked to pay 650 Rs and told that my service would be disconnected. As a responsible person I paid the amount. He assured that I will receive email for closure. I haven’t received anything and bill keeps on generating

    Pathetic and unbelievably arrogant customer service from @airtelindia . Selling the WiFi + TV plan is effortless for your team, but the moment there's an issue, everyone disappears. Over 30 hours of complete silence. your system won't even allow me to raise a support ticket.

    @Airtel_Presence They claim their members are actively pursuing the issue and this is a highlighted case and so it will be resolved fast blah blah blah, yet it's been more than four days, yet no active persuasion of the issue has been visible. @airtelindia utterly disappointing.

    @airtelindia been a customer for last 20 years, this whole AI led bot that you have implemented almost iron walling customer from reaching a human support - is pathetic and is an indication that I look for a new provider.

    @airtelindia you suspended my WiFi, took my money instantly, and now won’t restart my Airtel Black connection. Your Thanks App has the dumbest bot on earth it keeps calling this a “technical issue” when it’s common-sense service reactivation. Ticket: 11034299246 Such bullshit.

    @airtelindia Sorry to say, I wanted to try Airtel, booked a slot at 9.30. Souhth Bopal Office person told me that they will be coming at around 10, said OK, waited till 11.15 also called office but they are behaving like crap. Now someone called me to come for installation by12.3
