    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , been trying to reach a customer care executive for days to report an issue which can't be solved by raising tickets in the thanks app. I had recently ported to my VI sim to Airtel and I had the worst experience in customer service.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India My father has been using his phone number for the past 11 years, and till date his number was never barred, and on 27th October 2022, his number was suddenly barred without any intimation or any reasons provided.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband and DTH connection is not working since Wed and there has been no resolution yet. I've made 7 calls to your customer care to just no help. Do we need to start looking for other vendors if Airtel is not capable of resolving these issues?

    @airtelindia Sorry to point out that u have losingt personal touch with ur customers. No customer care executive is now available on phone n bots take the hell out of us to resolve the issues. At least call back option must be started now to address the grevaiances
