    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is there any other way to speak to Airtel Black team to raise an issue? It is very difficult to hear airtel black team that I am unable to explain the issue resolution is secondary. Why don't you use your rival network for your call centre?

    @airtelindia I have been promised same day connection yesterday from Your Sales team Harish Kumar 08045778803. They made me to wait until 7PM IST and till now no call/update. Hence I would like to cancel the booking and get complete refund of INR 5,036/- immediately.
