    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Very poor internet network in Mahendiya PS of Arwal district of Bihar. Unable to attend my online official meeting. Do needful action as soon as possible. Now a days most of work is performed thru online only.

    @airtelindia Having network slowness issues with my Postpaid! The app says unlimited data, but customer service said the T&Cs state a 300GB lmit. This is confusing! @DoT_India @JM_Scindia How is this justifiable ? Is this not a scam. It feels like a bait and switch!

    @airtelindia Very disappointing experience with Airtel. Visited an Airtel Store for prepaid-to-postpaid migration and was assured activation would be completed today. However, it is still pending, and there has been no response to my DM. Poor service and unfulfilled commitments.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been a really horrible experience and you have ensured I will never come back to Airtel. I am trying to move my connection, I log a request on the Airtel Thanks app (I dont know who is Thanking whom), and it gets auto-closed in a few hours.

    @airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence where are the customer centric values? Refer inbound call records for relationship no 20029072515. Cancellation raised on 23rd May but billed till 12th June. Please check. No way to reach customer care @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request No.- 10962393228 to shift Wi-Fi is pending for more than a week. Have called customer care thousand times no help. Technician is not showing up. Cancel my connection or send someone to setup.
