  @airtelindia i have been a postpaid client for almost 5 years. Requested for a new add on sim card on 6th August its been 6 days but person never came to my location for new sim card. If its not delivered today i will surely leave airtel and switch to VI

  @airtelindia @airtel_presence This is beyond poor customer service. My number was converted to an expensive postpaid plan I never approved, not linked to my family plan as requested, and later removed without my consent. Records appear inconsistent and no one is taking ownership.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your broadband service is becoming extremely unreliable. The Wi-Fi connection goes down 3–4 times every month, often for nearly 24 hours. Today again, the connection is not working.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today is the 4th day of chasing Airtel customer care and the shameless folks from Airtel have still not assigned anybody to visit my home and resolve the issue. This is pathetic and I am now thinking to surrender both black connections that I m having with Airtel.

  I’m using airtel from 2017 and I have 8 postpaid connections in my house but there is no signal issue with my every sim I can’t call can’t use mobile data and I’m constantly complaining about this from 2023 but no solution is provided yet @airtelindia @airtelnews
